Description

1 / 2 "Split-piece motorcycle transmission sprocket"

[001] The present invention relates to a motorcycle transmission sprocket made of two or three parts, the drum serving as a support to receive the sprocket in the form of a partition and the second part being the replacement sprocket divided into two or three parts.

[002] The support for the partitions or crown is like a circular drum

[003] After installing the support on the motorcycle hub, it will not be necessary to remove the wheel axle to replace worn refills, a fact that does not occur when replacing the transmission on current models.

[004] Provided with this manual mechanism, the purpose of the present invention is to solve the problems that the use of current motorcycle sprockets causes to the environment, since the present invention, with its support fixed to the hub for a long period, will only require the replacement of the sprockets or fractional sprockets upon disposal.

[005] The invention can be better understood through the following detailed description in conjunction with the attached drawings where

[006] FIGURE 1 represents a top view of the crown in the form of two or three sections with holes and a female entry to give access to the male lock.

[007] FIGURE 2 represents a side view of the crown with its partitions joined and matched. Petition 870250072520, dated 08 / 18 / 2025, p. 10 / 12 2 / 2

[008] FIGURE 3 represents a side view of the support.

[009] FIGURE 4 represents a rear view of the support that receives the compartment-shaped crowns.

[010] FIGURE 5 represents a front view of the crown support or compartments

[011] With reference to this figure, it can be observed that figure 1 shows some parts with their male joint 1 and at the other end the female part 2 for joining the parts or crown, as can be seen, holes 3 for fixing the parts or crowns to the support that is fixed to the motorcycle hub.

[012] FIGURE 2 shows joint 1 where the compartments fuse to form the crown.

[013] FIGURE (3) shows the lip 1 of the support where the partitions fit, showing the cavity 2 supporting the cube which is fixed to the cube, showing the joint 3 of the partition already fitted into the support having these holes 4 in its lip to fix the partitions.

[014] FIGURE 4 shows the entry 1 that the support has for fitting the parts or crown.

[0015] FIGURE 5 shows the lip of support 1 where the holes are located that fix the crown or splitter to the support. Petition 870250072520, dated 08 / 18 / 2025, p. 11 / 12
