Description

1 / 2 Granulated composition containing Copaifera langsdorffii oil standardized in beta-caryophyllene, Passiflora incarnata standardized in flavonoids, Myrciaria dubia standardized in ascorbic acid, and Ilex paraguariensis standardized in polyphenols for adaptogenic nutraceutical applications. FIELD OF THE INVENTION

[001] The present invention describes a granulated composition containing Copaifera langsdorffii oil standardized in beta-caryophyllene, Passiflora incarnata standardized in flavonoids, Myrciaria dubia standardized in ascorbic acid and Ilex paraguariensis standardized in polyphenols, formulated for adaptogenic nutraceutical applications.

[008] The proposed composition is presented in granular form, ensuring greater stability of the bioactives, optimized bioavailability, and ease of dispersion and absorption, favoring adherence to use. FUNDAMENTALS OF THE INVENTION

[002] The current state of the art reveals the existence of several nutraceutical formulations containing isolated bioactive compounds with adaptogenic potential, aimed at modulating stress and improving metabolic health. However, most products available on the market do not exploit bioactive synergies between different phytocomplexes, limiting their efficacy and bioavailability.

[003] The present invention is distinguished by combining Copaifera langsdorffii oil, Passiflora incarnata extract, Myrciaria dubia extract and Ilex paraguariensis extract, creating a formulation that acts comprehensively on the physiological mechanisms related to stress, fatigue and neuroendocrine dysregulation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[004] The present invention comprises a granulated composition developed from the strategic combination of plant bioactives and technological excipients, ensuring stability, enhanced bioavailability and synergistic action of the active compounds. Petition 870250017166, dated 01 / 03 / 2025, page 10 / 13 2 / 2

[005] The composition involves the following components in percentage ranges that allow for a variation of 0.56% more or less, ensuring flexibility in the production process: • Copaifera langsdorffii oil (20.44% to 22.56%) • Sunflower lecithin (Helianthus annuus) (5.44% to 6.56%) • Passiflora incarnata extract standardized in flavonoids (14.44% to 15.56%) • Myrciaria dubia extract standardized in ascorbic acid (18.44% to 19.56%) • Ilex paraguariensis extract standardized in polyphenols (19.44% to 20.56%) • Extragranular silica (SiO2) 300 (13.44% to 14.56%) REFERENCES 1.
