Description

/ 2 “ELEMENT FOR FORMING A CIRCULAR REINFORCED CONCRETE COLUMN”

[001] The present invention patent aims at a molded element in high-strength concrete or mortar, in the shape of part of a circumference measuring between 25 and 50 centimeters in length by 10 to 20 centimeters in height by 2 to 4 centimeters in thickness and has a steel wire in its structure that replaces the stirrup of the pillar and this steel wire also serves as a lock between the elements for the preparation of the pillar, fitting several pieces together to form a central gap for the addition of concrete.

[002] Currently, for the construction of a circular reinforced concrete pillar of a building, a cardboard tube is used to make the pillar form according to preferred measurements and inside the form the steel structure is placed, composed of stirrups in the horizontal direction and steel rebars in the vertical direction, which are organized with wire ties, and then concrete is added inside the form and the pillar is ready.

[003] The element that forms the circular reinforced concrete pillar that is the subject of this patent is intended to perform the function of the cardboard tube and the function of part of the steel structure, the function of the stirrup.

[004] For the function of a column stirrup, the element for forming a circular reinforced concrete column has a steel wire inside its structure, this wire has bends at its ends forming a hook that serves as a lock to organize and assist in the assembly of the column and the steel wire completely replaces the function of the stirrup in conventional columns.

[005] The element that gives rise to the pillar has the function of shaping the concrete and also serves as a covering for the steel reinforcement, for this purpose it has a thickness between 2 and 4 centimeters.

[006] The attached drawings show the arrangement of the element for forming a circular reinforced concrete pillar. Petition 870250017725, dated 06 / 03 / 2025, page 9 / 11 / 2

[007] Figure 1 shows an exploded perspective view of a piece of the element for forming a circular reinforced concrete pillar;

[008] Figure 2 shows in perspective two parts of the element for forming a circular reinforced concrete column in the initial position of the column;

[009] Figure 3 shows in perspective three pieces of the element for forming a circular reinforced concrete column facing each other already in the starting position for forming the column;

[010] Figure 4 shows in perspective four pieces of element for forming a circular reinforced concrete pillar facing each other and one more superimposed;

[011] Figure 5 shows in perspective four pieces of element for forming a circular reinforced concrete pillar facing each other and one more superimposed.

[012] Figure 6 shows a top view of various element pieces for forming a circular reinforced concrete column;

[013] In accordance with what is illustrated in the figures above, the element for forming a circular reinforced concrete pillar, object of the present patent, consists of a piece formed by a concrete or mortar plate in the shape of a part of a circle 1 and wire 2.

[014] The assembly of the pillar with the element for forming a circular reinforced concrete pillar is done by stacking the pieces and fitting the structural bar of the pillar in the vertical position, passing these bars through the hook formed by wire 2, the positioning of the pieces continues by repeating, overlapping and rotating at each stage of stacking, forming a central gap, and continues until the desired height of the pillar is reached, thus finalizing the assembly of the set, adding concrete inside that forms vertically.

[015] Logically, the element for forming reinforced concrete columns can have various sizes and thicknesses to accommodate other column dimensions, and can also be made with other materials such as plastic, stone, and wood. Petition 870250017725, dated 06 / 03 / 2025, page 10 / 11

Claims

CLAIM 1) “ELEMENT FOR FORMING A CIRCULAR REINFORCED CONCRETE COLUMN” Invention patent characterized by an element molded in high-strength concrete or mortar (1), in the shape of part of a circumference measuring between 25 and 50 centimeters in length by 10 to 20 centimeters in height by 2 to 4 centimeters in thickness and has a steel wire (2) in its structure, this wire (2) has a hook at the ends which, when positioning the pieces of the assembly, forms rings that serve to fit the steel rebar, when positioning 3 pieces it forms a circumference with 3 rings, they are stacked 3 by 3 and rotated 60 degrees to tie the pieces together, the cycle is repeated until the desired height of the column is reached, thus forming a central void for the introduction of concrete and the completion of the circular column.
