Description
/ 3 “SET OF ELEMENTS FOR FORMING A REINFORCED CONCRETE COLUMN”
[001] The present invention patent aims at a set of elements molded in high-strength concrete or mortar, in an L shape with variable dimensions between 10 to 50 centimeters in length by 10 to 20 centimeters in height by 2 to 4 centimeters in thickness and has a steel wire in its structure that replaces the stirrup of the pillar and this steel wire also serves as a lock between the elements for the preparation of the pillar, this set of assembled pieces forms a central gap for the addition of concrete.
[002] Currently, for the construction of a reinforced concrete pillar of a building, wood is used to make the pillar formwork according to preferred measurements, and inside the formwork is placed the steel structure composed of stirrups in the horizontal direction and steel rebars in the vertical direction, which are arranged with wire ties, and then concrete is added inside the formwork and the pillar is ready.
[003] The elements that make up the set of elements for forming a reinforced concrete pillar, which is the subject of this patent, are intended to perform the function of wood and the function of part of the steel structure, the function of the stirrup.
[004] The set of elements for forming a reinforced concrete column consists of four different pieces. The difference between the pieces is in the height of the steel wire that is part of the structure and in the inversion of the element. These differences allow the pieces to fit together, forming a set of four pieces that is repeated until the desired height of the column formation is reached.
[005] For the function of a column stirrup, the assembly of elements for forming a reinforced concrete column has a steel wire inside its structure. This wire has bends at its ends forming a hook that serves as a lock to organize and assist in the assembly of the column, and the steel wire completely replaces the function of the stirrup in conventional columns. Petition 870250017729, dated 06 / 03 / 2025, page 9 / 12 / 3
[006] The elements that make up the set have the function of shaping the concrete and also serve as a coating for the steel reinforcement, for this purpose they have a thickness between 2 and 4 centimeters.
[007] The attached drawings show the arrangement of elements for forming a reinforced concrete column.
[008] Figure 1 shows an exploded perspective view of a part of the set of elements for forming reinforced concrete pillars;
[009] Figure 2 shows a perspective view of a part of the assembly of elements for forming a reinforced concrete pile;
[010] Figure 3 shows in perspective two pieces of the assembly of elements for forming a reinforced concrete column, facing each other, already in the starting position for forming the column;
[011] Figure 4 shows in perspective three pieces of the set of elements for forming a reinforced concrete pillar, one facing the other and one superimposed;
[012] Figure 5 shows in perspective 4 pieces that form the complete set of elements for forming reinforced concrete columns, forming the first assembly cycle. This cycle of 4 pieces is repeated until the desired height of the column is reached;
[013] Figure 6 shows in perspective 4 pieces that form the complete set of elements for forming a reinforced concrete column forming the first assembly cycle, this cycle of 4 pieces is repeated until the desired height of the column is reached;
[014] Figures 5 and 6 show the arrangement of different measurements for the pillars, which can form a square or rectangular pillar.
[015] In accordance with what is illustrated in the figures above, the set of elements for forming a reinforced concrete pillar, object of this patent, consists of a set of 4 pieces, each piece is formed by a concrete or mortar plate in the shape of an L 1 and wire 2, the four pieces have the same composition of elements and are differentiated only in the height position of element 2 and Petition 870250017729, dated 06 / 03 / 2025, page 10 / 12 / 3 mirrored inversion of the drawing of part 1, the concrete plate 1 has a cavity 3 at the ends, these cavities serve for positioning the wire 2;
[016] The assembly of the pillar with a set of elements for forming a reinforced concrete pillar is done by positioning the pieces and fitting the structural bar of the pillar in the vertical position, passing it through the hook formed by two pieces of element 1, and positioning 4 pieces forms hooks on the four sides, the positioning of the pieces continues repeating, stacking until the desired height of the pillar is reached, thus finalizing the assembly of the set with a gap in the central interior that serves to add concrete, finishing the pillar.
[017] Logically, the element for forming reinforced concrete columns can have various sizes and thicknesses to accommodate different column dimensions, and can also be made with other materials such as plastic, stone, and wood. Petition 870250017729, dated 06 / 03 / 2025, page 11 / 12
