Description

/ 7 “UNINTERRUPTIBLE SWITCHING POWER SUPPLY WITH INTEGRATED INTERLOCKING SYSTEM.” TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION

[001] This invention patent relates to a switched-mode uninterruptible power supply with an integrated interlocking system that efficiently and stably converts mains voltage (AC) into 12V DC and adds functionality for electromagnetic locks, integrating into the power supply an interlocking system for activating electromagnetic locks or electric locks on social doors.

[002] This switched-mode uninterruptible power supply with integrated interlocking system provides two relay outputs for operating up to two doors, open door alarm, digital timer with independent configuration for each door from 1 to 240 seconds, and can also integrate a receiver and remote control for operating the doors. HISTORY OF THE INVENTION

[003] It is known that the door interlocking system, common in condominium security gates, is a security solution that prevents the simultaneous opening of two or more doors, ensuring that only one access is allowed at a time. It works through a set of electronic and mechanical devices that monitor the status of the doors and control their locking.

[004] Among the devices provided are magnetic sensors installed on the doors to detect whether they are open or closed, an electronic controller that receives signals from the sensors and manages the locking of the doors, electromagnetic locks or electric locks activated by the controller to lock or unlock the doors, and a system programmed with logic that prevents one door from opening if another is open.

[005] It turns out that one of the drawbacks of current systems is Petition 870260036402, dated 04 / 17 / 2026, pp. 28 / 39 / 7 The interlocking system available on the market consists of the fact that, in case of system failure, the doors may become locked or unlocked, compromising security. The dependence on electricity for the operation of the electromagnetic locks and the electronic controller means that, without power, the system may fail, compromising security.

[006] Another drawback lies in the fact that some systems are designed with a very rigid interlocking logic, which does not allow any door to be opened while the other is open, even in emergency situations, since they do not have emergency mechanisms that allow the temporary deactivation of the system in critical situations such as, for example, opening both doors for the passage of a hospital stretcher, making it difficult for rescue and evacuation teams to act in case of fire, increasing response time in emergencies.

[007] Another drawback lies in the fact that current interlocking systems require specific technical knowledge to be deactivated, which can be a problem in emergency situations when time is crucial. State of the Art Analysis

[008] Research conducted in specialized databases revealed documents related to uninterruptible switched-mode power supplies with integrated interlocking systems. Document no. BR 10.2018.012860-4 discloses a 'Nobreack' power supply system for gate automation, specifically a PWM or microcontroller controller that generates the switching frequency and duty cycle, controlling the primary current of the transformer according to the secondary voltage and switching the input of 2 drivers, switching the 4 MOSFETs or IGBTs that are directly connected to the primary of the transformer. Petition 870260036402, dated 04 / 17 / 2026, page 29 / 39 / 7 of ferrite, which in turn converts from low voltage to the high voltage of the battery, which is also equipped with a charger that keeps it fully charged upon the return of electrical power, being rectified by diodes and filtered by capacitors, having a DC voltage that is directly connected to the power input of the gate automation system.

[009] Document no. PI 0201015-1 refers to a compact emergency power supply system for gates, i.e., which uses one or more batteries, allowing the gate to be powered by this alternative power system in the event of a power outage, enabling it to move by opening and closing to allow or prevent traffic, as the case may be, until normal power is restored. This alternative system consists of power supplied via an external electrical grid that provides power through a voltage stabilizer system. Under normal conditions, this system powers an output transformer connected to an inverter circuit, which in turn is connected to the battery that keeps it charged. The output transformer is connected to a protective circuit, which in turn is connected to the output grid from where the external connection will be made to the motor, which in turn is connected to the gate.

[010] Thus, it is a fact that the documents cited in the paragraphs above do not present any of the characteristics of the object now being improved, thus guaranteeing that it meets the legal requirements for patentability. OBJECTIVES OF THE INVENTION

[020] The present invention patent refers to “SWITCHING UNINTERRUPTED POWER SUPPLY WITH INTEGRATED INTERLOCKING SYSTEM”, switching power supply (100) for uninterrupted power supply for operating electromagnetic locks or electric locks on social doors.

[021] According to the present invention, said switched-mode power supply (100) converts mains voltage (AC) into 12V DC and integrates an interlock system (110) for actuating electromagnetic doors / locks (TM1) / (TM2) of airlocks (EC) or similar, as well as includes a sealed 12V 7Ah battery (120) disposed in a support (211) that extends from the inner face of the hinged door (210) of the cabinet (200) injected in High Impact Polystyrene - PSA, which also provides a central hole (212) for wiring passage (not illustrated) and lateral fixing holes (213a) / (213b).

[022] Said interlocking system (110) comprises a printed circuit board (111) with two relay outputs (111A) / (111B) for connecting electromagnetic locks (TR1) / (TR2) together with open door indicator panels (PN1) / (PN2) of the “Pull / Push” type or electric locks (not shown). Said board (111) also provides electrical terminals (111C) for connecting the power supply (100) to normally open (NO) type pushbuttons (BT) and opening sensors. Petition 870260036402, dated 17 / 04 / 2026, page 32 / 39 / 7 (SA).

[023] Unlocking the interlock system (110) between the doors (TM1) / (TM2) of the airlock (EC) can be done in three ways, namely: a) Manually, by placing the jumper (JP3) provided on the board (111); b) By means of the on / off switch (112) connected between terminals (B1) / (B2); c) By means of an external relay (113) connected between terminals (B1) / (B2). Said external relay (113) can be remotely controlled via IP or even 'Programmed Group Message - PGM' relays.

[024] Said board (111) also integrates configuration of the door open times (TM1) / (TM2) programmed independently for each door, the maximum time for each door (TM1) / (TM2) being 240 seconds. Said configuration is performed using buttons (114A) / (114B) provided on the board (111) and according to the following steps: a) Pressing the button (114A) once to select door '1' (TM1) and lighting the light emitting diode (115A) of the door (TM1) on the panel (115) provided in the hinged door (210) of the cabinet (200) after the 'beep' sounds; b) Pressing the button (114B) at least four times, one more than the desired number of seconds, since the first time sets the default time of 0.5 (half) a second; c) Pressing the button (114A) again to select the door (TM2) and lighting up the light emitting diode (115B) of the door (TM2) on the panel (115). At this stage the light emitting diode (115A) of the door (TM1) goes out and the light emitting diode (115B) of the door (TM2) lights up after the 'beep' sound; d) Pressing the button (114B) six times; e) Pressing the button (114A) again to exit programming.

[025] Said switched-mode power supply (100) also integrates an open door alarm (210) with an on / off switch (115) on the board (111) and a function Petition 870260036402, dated 04 / 17 / 2026, page 33 / 39 / 7 to automatically open the door (TM2) when closing the door (TM1) and vice versa, which can be activated / deactivated via the jumper (116).

[026] It is understood that when the present invention is put into practice, modifications may be introduced with regard to certain details of construction and form, without departing from the fundamental principles that are clearly substantiated in the claims, it being understood that the terminology used was not intended to be limiting.
