Description

1 / 6 “AGRICULTURAL AND FORESTRY EQUIPMENT FOR PLANTING AND FERTILIZING” TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION

[001] The present invention relates to agricultural and forestry equipment and, more particularly, to agricultural and forestry equipment for soil preparation and planting, and even more particularly to agricultural equipment for opening and fertilizing trenches for forestry application. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[002] The present invention relates to an agricultural planting and fertilizing equipment which, by means of the traction force of a machine to which it is attached via the connecting support (1), opens a trench using a scarifier (6) or subsoiler. This scarifier (6) is height adjustable by means of a pin (14) and a trapezoidal chassis (3). Adaptation to terrain oscillations is achieved by means of a rotation support (4), which allows the chassis (5) of the scarifier (6) to have short rotational oscillations around the axis of rotation (4) and horizontal oscillations and adjustments by means of two horizontal actuators (2). When excavating the trench, it is advantageous to form a bed of inert material on the sides of the trench. For the formation of this bed, the present invention has in its constitution two piling wheels / discs (12), each of which has a pin (10) connecting the scarifier chassis (6) and a chassis (13) of the piling discs (12).In a preferred embodiment of the invention, it may feature a reservoir (7) for containing fertilizer which is conveyed to the soil by means of a feeder (8) and driven to the planting row by a wheel (9). BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[003] Various pieces of equipment have been developed over the years to combine two or more operations, reduce the cost and time spent on soil preparation and, simultaneously, increase the efficiency of that operation. Petition 870260074051, dated 07 / 24 / 2026, p. 8 / 26 2 / 6

[004] US patent document US2011 / 0011316 discloses agricultural equipment for soil preparation and planting, which, similar to the present invention, has two wheels that serve to cover the trench that the equipment opens, that is, they serve to compact the soil after the seeds are placed. For soil penetration, i.e., for opening the trench, it has two lateral discs that penetrate the soil and create a trench in the soil, which are not suitable for forestry crops with harder or stonier terrain, and also have the disadvantage of not being adjustable. This equipment differs from the present invention, since it does not allow lateral adjustment of the discs, does not have a trapezoidal elevation system for adaptation to the terrain's topography, nor the possibility of an integrated fertilization system. TECHNICAL PROBLEMS TO BE RESOLVED

[005] Currently, the planting process, or as designated in the specialty, forest planting, is carried out using excavating machines with wide buckets, with dimensions in the order of 500-1200 mm, which often causes the soil to be excessively disturbed, resulting in damage to the terrain, with consequent soil erosion, and in the planting process, such as the seed, tree, or plant not developing. This problem is solved by the present invention through the use of a scarifier (6), or subsoiler, with a minimum width of 50 mm, which penetrates the soil 400-600 mm, opening a trench. The scarifier (6) simultaneously solves the problem, often present, of the difficulty in penetrating and / or disturbing very hard terrain.

[006] Also, the unevenness of the terrain, especially typical forest terrain, makes access to common planting processes difficult, such as plantings typically suitable for agriculture. Adaptation to these terrain variations is solved by the equipment object of the present invention through the rotation support (4), this support (4) allows the chassis (5) of the scarifier (6) to have short rotational oscillations (for example when picking up Petition 870260074051, dated 07 / 24 / 2026, p. 9 / 26 3 / 6 a stone in the subsoil), and horizontal oscillations / adjustment by means of two horizontal actuators (2) which enable the equipment to oscillate according to the terrain topography. This also ensures the maintenance of the planting line by adapting to the terrain on the part of the equipment, for example on sloping terrain or opening the planting line in an arc.

[007] Another typical problem of this type is the resulting volume of excavation of the resulting bed, which can often be much greater than desired and can cause soil erosion. This problem is solved by adjusting the piling discs (12), which are manipulable for opening and closing by actuators (11).

[008] Lastly, but no less importantly, the problem that manual or mechanical fertilization through spreading systems can bring, due to its non-simultaneity or failure, is solved by incorporating, in a preferred mode of the invention, a reservoir (7) to contain fertilizer, which fertilizer is conveyed to the soil by means of a feeder (8), connected to the reservoir (7) and directed in the planting row by a wheel (9), since the feeder (8) has its evacuation end coupled or connected to that wheel (9). BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES

[009] Figure 1 - Side view of the agricultural equipment, showing the following components: connection support (1) to machines, horizontal actuators (2), trapezoidal chassis (3), rotation support (4), scarifier (6) and its chassis (5), reservoir (7) for fertilizer storage which is conveyed to the soil through the feeder (8). Also shown in this figure 1 is the wheel (9) that directs the fertilizer, the pin (10) connecting the chassis (5) of the scarifier (6) and a chassis of the pile discs or wheels (12), actuators (11) that promote the opening and closing of the pile wheels (12) and the pin (14) for adjusting the height of the scarifier (6). Petition 870260074051, dated 07 / 24 / 2026, p. 10 / 26 4 / 6

[010] Figure 2 - Top view of the agricultural equipment, in which, in addition to the components shown in figure 1, the chassis (13) of the wheels or pile discs (12) can also be identified. It is clear in this figure that the wheel (9) is located in the planting alignment, i.e., between the wheels / pile discs (12), and that it guides the fertilizer evacuation end of the feeder (8).

[011] Figure 3 - Perspective representation of the agricultural equipment, in which, in addition to the components represented in figures 1 and 2. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[012] The objective of the present invention is to enable forest management operators to have a versatile, robust, effective and efficient system for fertilization and planting processes, particularly in forest planting, i.e., trees, but not restricted to this type of planting. And that this equipment can be adapted to various machines, which for example already have it, being possible with the present invention by means of the connecting support (1), which is attachable or fixable to other machines.

[013] Thus, the present invention allows, by means of the traction force of a machine, for example a tractor, to which the agricultural equipment object of the present invention is attached, or fixed, or placed, through the connecting support (1), a trench to be opened by means of a scarifier (6), or subsoiler. This scarifier (6) is adjustable in height by means of a pin (14) and a trapezoidal chassis (3), promoting the opening of trenches of various depths.

[014] The equipment, object of the present invention, is adaptable to the terrain since the equipment has a rotation support (4) for connection to the scarifier (6), this support (4) allowing the chassis (5) of the scarifier (6) to have short rotational oscillations. These oscillations are also possible because the equipment has two horizontal actuators (2) between the connection support (1) to the machine and the trapezoidal chassis (3), which allow the equipment to oscillate according to the topography of the Petition 870260074051, dated 07 / 24 / 2026, p. 11 / 26 5 / 6 terrain. These horizontal actuators (2) allow lateral movement of the agricultural equipment and thus efficient control of the trench opening line, as the equipment adapts to the terrain, with the movement of the components being consistent with the opening line, and there are no deviations in the same caused by irregularities in the soil.

[015] When excavating the trench, it is advantageous to form a bed, or mound, of inert material on the sides of the trench, which must be returned to the inside of the trench after the placement of the seeds, trees or plants, for efficient planting. For the formation of this bed, the present invention has in its constitution two mounding wheels / discs (12), each of which has a pin (10) connecting the chassis (5) of the scarifier (6) and a chassis (13) of the mounding discs (12).

[016] The piling discs (12) are adjustable by means of the actuators (11), these actuators (11) promote the rotation of the chassis (13) of the piling discs (12) around the axis of the pegs (10). The fact that the piling discs (12) are adjustable allows control of the bed formed according to the desired crop, combined with the fact that the scarifier (6) is height adjustable, which also allows control of the depth of the excavated trench and thus the amount of inert material turned over to the sides of the trench.

[017] In summary, the present invention provides a connecting support (1) attachable to other machines and to a trapezoidal chassis (3) by means of two horizontal actuators (2), these horizontal actuators (2) being located between the trapezoidal chassis (3) and the connecting support (1); at least one scarifier (6) adjustable in height by means of a pin (14) and the trapezoidal chassis (3), this scarifier (6) having a chassis (5) connectable to the trapezoidal chassis (3) by means of a rotation support (4), allowing the chassis (5) of the scarifier (6) to oscillate; and at least two piling discs (12), each having a chassis (13) and a pin (10), this pin (10) providing the connection between the chassis (5) of the scarifier (6) and the chassis (13) of the piling discs (12). The discs Petition 870260074051, dated 07 / 24 / 2026, page 12 / 26 6 / 6 piles (12) are adjustable by means of actuators (11), promoting the rotation of the chassis (13) of the pile discs (12) around the axis of the pins (10).

[018] In a preferred embodiment, the present invention has incorporated a reservoir (7) for containing fertilizer, which fertilizer is conveyed to the soil by means of a feeder (8), this feeder having at least one end connected to the reservoir (7), at least one other evacuation end coupled or connected to a wheel (9) located in the planting alignment, i.e., between the piling wheels / discs (12) directing the fertilizer in the planting row.
