FIELD OF APPLICATION 004 The field of application for this OPV Photothermal Panel refers to the area of electrical and thermal energy generation. PURPOSE 005 The purpose of this OPV Photothermal Panel, by combining solar energy capture, is to supply electrical systems through the generation of both electrical and thermal energy in a single product. PROBLEMS TO SOLVE 006 As is generally known among technicians in the field, nowadays the equipment that captures solar energy is diverse; that is, there is equipment designed to capture solar energy for water heating and there is equipment that captures solar energy. Petition 870200152148, dated 03 / 12 / 2020, page 4 / 13 2Π intended for the generation of electrical energy. 007 Currently, there are several systems designed for energy generation, the most notable of which are listed below: - Flexible polypropylene heat exchanger fixed to the back of the photovoltaic panel, exhibiting low temperature absorption due to inefficient contact between the exchanger and photovoltaic cells, and because it is a material with low thermal conductivity and low pressure resistance. - Heat exchangers with copper tubes fixed to the back of the photovoltaic panel have low efficiency due to having little direct contact with the photovoltaic cells and not containing thermal materials that increase their efficiency in temperature absorption. - Hybrid solar generators use dielectric fluid inside the photovoltaic panel, making them difficult to build, costly to maintain due to the dielectric fluid, resulting in low thermal efficiency and high construction costs. - Hybrid solar panel with a copper tube in a serpentine shape fixed to the back of the photovoltaic panel, exhibits low thermal efficiency due to having little direct contact with the photovoltaic cells and not containing thermal materials that increase its efficiency in temperature absorption. 008 The OPV Photo-Thermal Panel in question aims to capture solar energy to supply electrical systems by generating both electrical and thermal energy in a single product. To achieve its intended purpose, it utilizes panels with OPV photovoltaic cells, i.e., organic photovoltaic panels, which generate clean energy, reduce carbon emissions, and can be applied to any surface. STATE OF THE ART 009 Aiming to place on the market equipment developed for use in electrical systems for power generation. Petition 870200152148, dated 03 / 12 / 2020, page 5 / 13 3 / 7 solar and water heating, prior art searches were conducted using the INPI Database and the following processes were found: - BR 20 2012 022836-5 11 / 09 / 2012 18 / 08 / 2015 PLASTIC PHOTOVOLTAIC TILE / PANEL. (1) is a large plastic tile of similar model and dimensions to the traditional fiber cement tile, designed for decentralized micro-generation of electricity, which has ridges alternating with flat parts shaped into longitudinal platforms (8 B) for fixing photovoltaic modules (1 B). The platforms have a corrugated profile (9 E) to provide a harmonious longitudinal overlap (6) in symmetry with the tile ridges as well as to prevent moisture retention with mold formation and offer ventilation channels for temperature mitigation aiming at increased cell performance. It has a wedge and screw system for fixing to the roof timber (2; 14) and a rivet / silicone system for fixing the modules to the tiles (10) as well as a hole for wiring at the upper end of the left side of the platforms (11).It has universal use for roofing residential or industrial buildings and differs from the state of the art by strategically abandoning the individual tile of common dimensions with a central cavity for inserting cells in favor of the concept of a large plastic tile with a central platform for fixing modules. - BR 11 2018 06351-0, initially filed in the United States and Brazil on February 15, 2017, and published on January 15, 2019, under the title "MODULAR PHOTOVOLTAIC ASSEMBLY FOR CONVERTING SOLAR LIGHT INTO ELECTRIC CURRENT," describes overlapping and parallel double-layer solar panels having an optical system comprising cylindrical rods and convex lenses at both ends of said rods. Said optical rods are centrally inserted longitudinally and transversely into the upper panel through slits where sunlight rays pass through and diffract through said rods and diffuse widely across the entire surface of the lower solar panel. A plurality of optical rods can be used, increasing Petition 870200152148, dated 03 / 12 / 2020, page 6 / 13 4Π thus the light transmission to the lower solar panel. The present invention significantly reduces the surface area required to install conventional residential as well as commercial solar panels.Brazilian patent BR 11 2017 010550-0, initially filed in the United States and Brazil on November 19, 2015, and published on June 19, 2018, under the title "PHOTOVOLTAIC DEVICE," concerns photovoltaic devices, such as solar cells, hybrid solar cell batteries, and other such devices, which may include an active layer arranged between two electrodes. The active layer may consist of perovskite material and other materials, such as mesoporous material, interfacial layers, thin-coated interfacial layers, and combinations thereof. The perovskite material may be photoactive. The perovskite material may be arranged between two or more other materials in the photovoltaic device. The inclusion of these materials in various arrangements within an active layer of a photovoltaic device may improve the device's performance.Other materials can be included to further improve the device's performance, such as additional perovskites and additional interfacial layers. 010 From the comparative analysis between the documents found and the OPV Photo-Thermal Panel now presented, it is clear that they are completely different devices, which is why we consider that there are no technical or legal impediments to granting the requested privilege. TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANCEMENT 011 According to its design and development, the OPV Photothermal Panel has its own development characteristics that constitute technological advancement, among which the following stand out: - The Photothermal Panel captures solar energy to supply electrical systems by generating both electrical and thermal energy in a single product; - It uses thermal insulation, which consists of three Petition 870200152148, dated 03 / 12 / 2020, page 7 / 13 5 / 7 layers of different materials, with two layers of aluminum and an intermediate layer of polyethylene, and secondly, the provision of an aluminum temperature transfer sheet. - It uses OPV photovoltaic cells, that is, organic photovoltaic panels, configured according to its own constructive arrangement; - It has a corrugated and perforated heat transfer plate; - It generates clean energy, the greenest alternative, being composed of organic, non-toxic materials that are abundant in nature. - Reduces carbon emissions; Production process with low energy demand and carbon emissions 10 to 20 times lower than traditional solar technologies. - The OPV photovoltaic panel can be applied to any surface, mainly because its construction allows for both horizontal and vertical installation, preferably on surfaces of 2m2 to 6m2; - It has maximum dimensions of 2.50 x 135m.
