[001] This application is for a utility model patent for a new CONSTRUCTIONAL ARRANGEMENT APPLIED TO TOBACCO ROLLING EQUIPMENT, which consists of a simple and efficient constructional form, facilitating handling compared to state-of-the-art equipment.

[004] Currently there are several practices of rolling tobacco in paper, usually derived from corn husks. These cigarettes are known as straw cigarettes or paieiro (usually made of corn paper and tobacco that are easily acquired in tobacconists, bars and snack bars).

[009] The most commonly used equipment today consists of two parallel rollers supported by two side plates. Each roller axle is inserted into holes in these side plates. It is worth noting that one of the rollers has a hole complemented by a slot facing upwards. The rollers are joined by a blanket, which can be made of leather or resistant plastic. The tobacco is inserted between the rollers, basically in the blanket, and the smoker must be able to manipulate it in sync with the rotations, with one of the rollers that is fixed to the hole with the slot performing the rotation and displacement movements. This equipment is represented in Figure 12, which is attached.

[014] The equipment proposed in this patent application aims to overcome the inconveniences presented in the state of the art.

[015] One of the advantages that the inventor provided in this new model is a small winding device, with a simple construction that can be carried in small bags and even in wallets in pockets.

[016] Another advantage over the state of the art is the handling, which has made assembling the paieiro simple and quick.

[017] Finally, the device has the advantage of being manufactured with few elements and at low cost, with all the material being recycled, such as the rod which is made of coconut fiber.

[023] With the other hand, the smoker can insert the tobacco through the sachet and spread it linearly, or, preferably, the smoker picks up the tobacco with their fingers from the bottom of the sachet and spreads it, these two methods of inserting the tobacco being the smoker's choice.

[030] In the fifth step, with the compressed tobacco (FU), the smoker can insert the filter or straw paper (P), as it is known in some regions, again twisting the stick, which after a few twists, maintains a small strip so that the smoker can salivate.
