Abstract

CONTINUOUS MULTI-UTTENSUIT WASHER. Utility Model consisting of a continuous multi-utensil washer, or more commonly known as a washing tunnel, used in various segments such as food and non-food, for washing or cleaning various models, sizes and shapes of utensils or objects. This equipment consists of a cabin (1) where the sanitizing jet system (5) is located, along with the height-adjustable guide system (6), stainless steel conveyor belt (7), central basin (4) where the conveyor belt traction system is fixed, lower base (3) where the pumping system is located, along with the water reservoir with filtration (2). Thus, the operator adjusts the height of the guide (6) according to the size or shape of the utensil to be washed, then places the utensil on the stainless steel conveyor belt (7). The belt pulls the utensil into its interior, where sanitization occurs with high pressure. Thanks to the height adjustment system of the guide (6) according to the utensil, it presses it against the conveyor belt, allowing it to be sanitized without the risk of being thrown off the conveyor belt due to pressure.

Description

1 / 2 CONTINUOUS MULTI-UTTENSILE WASHER. This utility model consists of a continuous multi-utensil washer, also known as a washing tunnel, used in various sectors such as food and non-food, for washing or cleaning various models, sizes and shapes of utensils or objects. Continuous washing machines, constructed in a tunnel shape, are already known, where the object to be washed has one entry and one exit direction. The traction or movement of the object to be washed is carried out through a thermoplastic or metal chain system. The machine consists of an upper cabin where the jet washing system is located, a central basin where the movement system is located, and a lower base consisting of the water reservoir, pumps, and heating system. The difficulty or problem with existing continuous dishwashers is the limitation of the utensils that can be washed. In other words, it is not possible to wash utensils of different shapes and sizes; it is only possible to wash one specific type or shape of utensil. In order to solve this type of problem or difficulty, a continuous multi-utensil washer was developed, the subject of this patent, equipped with a stainless steel conveyor belt system called Eventex, along with a quick-adjust guide. This system allows any shape, model, or size of utensil to be cleaned in the dishwasher. Utensils ranging from plastic boxes, buckets, pans, plates, glasses, various trays, gallon jugs, pallets, GN pans, various parts, etc. With this system, the utensil cleaning process becomes much simpler and, above all, faster because it is a highly productive machine, being a continuous washer. The attached figures show the arrangement of the multi-utensil continuous washing machine, the subject of this patent, in which... Petition 870210058458, dated 06 / 28 / 2021, p. 8 / 22 2 / 2 .Fig. 1.1 shows in perspective; Figure 1.2 shows a partially exploded view; Figure 1.3 shows the equipment in cross-section; Figure 1.4 shows a front detail where the utensils to be washed are inserted; Figures 1.5 to 1.11 show in detail the different sizes, shapes and models of utensils that can be washed. In accordance with what is illustrated in the figures mentioned above, the continuous multi-utensil washer, object of the present utility model, consists of the cabin (1) where the sanitizing jet system (5) is located, together with the height-adjustable guide system (6), stainless steel conveyor belt (7), central basin (4) where the conveyor belt drive system is fixed, lower base (3) where the pumping system is located, together with the water reservoir with filtration (2). In the present arrangement, the operator adjusts the height of the guide (6) according to the size or shape of the utensil to be washed, then places the utensil on the stainless steel conveyor belt (7). The belt pulls the utensil into its interior, where high-pressure cleaning takes place. Thanks to the height adjustment system of the guide (6) according to the utensil, it presses it against the conveyor belt, allowing it to be cleaned without the risk of being thrown off the conveyor belt due to the pressure. Logically, a washing machine with this design can be obtained in different sizes and capacities to meet the needs of users for this type of machine.
