[001] This utility model patent application refers to a novel single-wire articulation device composed of two laminar locks, preferably metallic, duly fixed to the lateral, upper and lower surfaces of the door to be pivoted, in addition to two double-pin articulation shafts interspersed with medial edges that delimit the interface between the entering part of the door and the entering part of the tabletop and a lower bushing located in the lower part of the furniture which receives the entire load of the door. [002] Innovation is applied in the furniture industry, more specifically in the segment of accessories used in the pivoting of wooden doors for office cabinets. Persuasion
[003] It is quite common to use flap hinges to articulate wooden cabinet doors, however this type of accessory requires a series of adjustments, settings and skilled labor for installation, in addition to limiting, in most cases, the opening to a maximum angle of 90°.
[004] In this context, new technologies that facilitate installation and reduce the constructive complexity of hinges are welcome in the segment in question. State of the art
[005] The current state of the art includes some patent documents concerning devices for opening wooden cabinet doors, such as MU 8401090-8 U entitled “DISPOSITION INTRODUCED IN A HINGE” - a hinge that, in its assembly process on doors and frames, eliminates the use of screws for its fixation, as well as eliminating the use of prior notching in doors and frames for its proper fitting, thus using a fixing system in which only prior drilling in doors and frames is necessary for the coupling of two identical plates forming the hinge, such fixation being, Petition 870230053228, dated 06 / 21 / 2023, page 5 / 23 2 / 7 provided by fitting at least one specific pointed pin for fastening, in such a way that the hinge remains visibly visible on one of the door faces.
[006] In the document above, the hinge is made easier to assemble by being fixed using the pins attached to it, however the construction is complex, since it has a series of folds and slots, and it is not possible to adjust it between the door leaves.
[007] Document MU 7301903-8 U entitled “CONSTRUCTIVE ARRANGEMENT IN HINGE FOR CABINETS AND RELATED ITEMS” - comprising a first piece, to be fixed next to the inner side of the cabinet, incorporating a rear portion of rectangular contour with a pair of oblong holes aligned with each other and a front portion also of rectangular contour having a through hole near the latter and presenting on its extreme vertical edge a rounded corner provided with a vertical through hole through which a pivot axis is passed;and comprising a second piece to be fixed to the inner face of the cabinet door, incorporating a rear portion of rectangular outline with a pair of through holes aligned with each other and contained along the larger central axis of the rectangular outline and a front portion, also rectangular in outline, of slightly greater width, providing a through hole near the latter and incorporating on its corresponding horizontal edges continuous horizontal tabs that project forward, each tab having at its free end a through hole that aligns with the vertical through hole of the first piece, being simultaneously traversed by the aforementioned pivot axis, enabling articulation between the first and second pieces.
[008] The hinge in the document above also has numerous components and procedural steps, which makes its manufacture complex and costly. In addition, the door load is transferred laterally, resulting in more stress on the parts. In this model, adjustment between the door leaves is also not possible.
[009] Document PI 0802890-7 A2 entitled “IMPROVEMENT IN HINGE FOR ARTICULATED FURNITURE ARM” - comprises a bushing Petition 870230053228, dated 06 / 21 / 2023, page 6 / 23 A 3 / 7 polymer bushing is positioned between the male part's pin and the female part's cavity, preventing direct contact between these two elements. Although it uses a common element such as a polymer bushing, due to its purpose, to avoid iron-on-iron friction, and the type of requirement (cantilever load), it has a transverse operation, does not support loads, and has a different composition from that now claimed, since it does not employ a single pin rod and a hollow cylindrical stop. [011] The objective of the present innovation is to propose a single-wire pivoting articulation device for cabinet doors formed by two metal latches with a central oblong, two double-pin articulation shafts and a lower bushing whose aligned assembly discharges the load of the door in a punctual manner onto the lower bushing without overloading the moving elements, thus providing a longer service life for the parts.

[013] The aim of the present innovation is to propose a single-wire pivoting articulation device for cabinet doors of reduced construction complexity, as there is no bending and riveting process.
[014] The objective of the present innovation is to propose a single-wire pivoting articulation device for cabinet doors where the door load falls on the lower bushing, in an aligned manner, not generating lateral forces, therefore mitigating the negative effects of the resultant forces in the pivoting medium such as difficulty in opening the door.

[021] The “PIVOTING SINGLE-LINE PINNED ARTICULATION DEVICE FOR CABINET DOORS” - consists of two oval-shaped metal laminar locks (3) with a hole (9), preferably with a diameter of 6mm, and a central oblong (10) with 11m for fixing by means of screws (8) to the lateral, upper and lower surfaces of the door (P) and a hole (11) for the passage of the pins (5) of two articulation rods (4), which on the upper part have the pins (5) inserted in the hole (12) of the top (13) and in the hole (14) on the upper lateral face, while on the lower part have the pins (5) inserted in the hole (15) on the lower lateral face of the door (P) and in a lower bushing (7) in the hole (16) on the base (17) of the cabinet (2).

The second axis (4) has a pin (5) fitted into a hole (15) in the lower side face of the door (P) and the second pin (5) fitted into a hole (16) in the base (17) of the cabinet (2) which receives a lower bushing (7) that promotes the basal articulation and supports the load of the part.The lower bushing (7) is made of polymer, preferably 13mm long, with an outer diameter of 7.5mm and an inner diameter of 5mm, having a flange of 10.4mm in diameter and 1mm thick. Thus, when inserted into the hole (16) of the base (17) of the cabinet (2) it will allow perfect fitting with the double pin (5) articulation shaft (4) interspersed by a medial rim (6) that serves as a spacer and interface between the head (18) of the lower bushing (7) and the stamped metal laminar lock (3). [023] As shown in figure 6, the oblong (10) with dimensions of 6 x 11mm allows the screw (8) to be inserted into it during assembly to allow adjustment of the doors (P) and then the screw (8) to be placed in the complementary hole (12) to effectively lock this adjustment.
