Description

1 / 3 MULTI-ARTICULATED HYDRAULIC NECK FOR FRONT BOARDING

[01] The present utility model relates to a multi-articulated hydraulic neck for front loading. The hydraulic neck of the present invention does not need to be uncoupled for front loading, bringing agility and safety to the process. The hydraulic neck developed herein comprises an upper platform (1), support outrigger cylinders (2), articulation cylinders (3), support outrigger base (4), support outrigger delimiter arm (5), lower articulation tube (6), upper articulation tube with floor (7), fixing bearings on the loading platform (8).

[02] In Brazil, the main and most flexible mode of freight transport is road transport, which is carried out via roads, streets and highways, whether paved (covered with asphalt) or not.

[03] Problems affecting transport systems are called bottlenecks, as they reduce the fluidity of the territory, making it less dynamic. These problems have diverse origins, ranging from negligence by the authorities or entities responsible for regulations and physical infrastructure to misuse. Sometimes, the obstacles in the sector originate from the structural limitations of freight vehicles. Therefore, their constant improvements are fundamental for the population and the economy.

[04] In order to improve and even speed up the loading of semi-trailers, in the present invention an articulated hydraulic neck was developed for front loading of cargo.

[05] The hydraulic neck of the invention allows for front loading with a smaller angle of incidence, offering ease of handling since the traditional method requires completely decoupling the neck from the platform for the equipment to perform the loading.

[06] In the present invention, loading is done without the need for uncoupling, leading to speed and consequently a reduction in time. Petition 870250003871, dated 16 / 01 / 2025, page 12 / 21 2 / 3 spent on the operation.

[07] Furthermore, in the conventional method, which uses a neck that needs to be uncoupled, it rests on the chassis of the tractor unit and will depend on some factors to prevent the neck from uncoupling from the tractor unit, such as the skill of the driver performing the maneuver and the leveling of the ground, therefore, in the present invention this problem is solved since loading is done without the need for uncoupling. [014] The present invention relates to a multi-articulated hydraulic neck for front loading comprising an upper platform (1) prepared for the passage of equipment with bearings for articulation; support outrigger cylinders (2) coupled to the platform and to the outrigger for supporting the equipment when not coupled to a vehicle, in its resting state; articulation cylinders (3) that articulate the neck so that it is in the loading position when retracted and in the coupling position when activated; support outrigger base (4) which is coupled directly to the lower part of the support outrigger cylinder (2), where it is in contact with the ground for supporting the equipment when not coupled to a vehicle, in its resting state; support outrigger delimiting arm (5) which has the function of delimiting the position of the outrigger when activated and retracted;Lower articulation tube (6) whose function is to connect the upper platform (1), the loading platform and articulate the neck, delimiting its angle; upper articulation tube with floor (7) whose function is to connect the upper platform (1), the loading platform and articulate the neck, delimiting its angle and is closed at its top with a plate so that the equipment can be used as a ramp for access to the loading platform; fixing bearings on the loading platform (8) whose function is to fix the neck to the loading platform, where its anchoring point is located for the articulation of the rest of the neck assembly.
