Description

1 / 2 'TUBULAR FRENCH HAND' REPORT [1] This descriptive report refers to a utility model MU, of a constructive arrangement that we call TUBULAR BRACKET, for use in the construction of shelves, an invention belonging to the field of domestic and industrial metal utilities. [2] In the current state of the art, we have not found a patent for an equivalent solution. There are old patents already in the public domain, but none using metal tubes in their structure. In the Brazilian market, various types and sizes of French brackets are being sold, which we understand to be the current state of the art, where what we see is the use of iron bars, angle irons, stamped sheets, with holes for fixing, but none with this solution found. [3] This TUBULAR BRACKET features solid fasteners with holes in side flanges secured by welding, increasing the strength of the fastening, with one screw on each side of the tube and comes pre-drilled for fixing shelves in wood or other similar material, has a fine finish, with electrostatic painting, in various colors. The diameter of the tube and the thickness of its wall may vary according to the mechanical work to be overcome, in terms of weight to be supported. [4] A solution that can meet the needs of building materials stores, hardware stores and decoration stores, whenever the common French bracket does not meet the mechanical and aesthetic needs that the TUBULAR FRENCH BRACKET offers. [5] This invention can be better understood through images 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 shown below: Petition 870250053801, dated 06 / 26 / 2025, page 5 / 8 2 / 2 [6] Figure 1 - In this illustrative drawing figure, we have a piece that appears as assembled, and, upper left angle of the TUBULAR FRENCH BRACKET, where you can see, (01) tubular body of the French bracket support, (02) fasteners welded to the tubular body, with holes for placing fixing screws in pairs, side by side of the tubular body, (03) tubular body, with holes for fixing the shelf board. [7] Figure 2 - In this illustrative drawing figure, we have a close-up of the fixing rod, in view of the back of the TUBULAR BRACKET, where we see, (01) tubular body of the bracket, (02) fasteners welded to the tubular body, with holes for placing fixing screws in pairs, side by side of the tubular body, (03) tubular body, with holes for fixing the shelf board.(04) welding of the fasteners to the tubular body, with holes for placing fixing screws in pairs side by side of the tubular body. [8] Figure 3 - We have an inverted figure of the TUBULAR FRENCH HAND 01) Tubular body of the French-style support bracket, (02) fasteners welded to the tubular body, with holes for placing fixing screws in pairs, side by side with the tubular body, [9] Figure 4 - In this illustrative figure we have the representation of a shelf, assembled, seen from the front, with the TUBULAR BRACKET, where you can see, 01) tubular body of the bracket, (02) fasteners welded to the tubular body, with holes for placing fixing screws in pairs, side by side of the tubular body, (05) Shelf board supported and fixed.

[10] Figure 5 - In this figure we have a representation of an assembled shelf, but with transparency of the TUBULAR BRACKET, where you can see, (01) tubular body of the bracket support, (02) fasteners welded to the tubular body, with holes for placing fixing screws in pairs, side by side of the tubular body, (03) tubular body, with holes for fixing the shelf board. (05) Shelf board supported and fixed. Petition 870250053801, dated 06 / 26 / 2025, page 6 / 8
