[002] Urban mobility has undergone a major transformation in recent years, given the arrival of mobility apps such as Uber and 99, as well as bicycle and scooter rental services. These changes have resulted in a new reality in urban mobility, previously served only by private vehicles, taxis, and public transport services. In this context, the present application proposes to offer another mobility option for transport and services, considering that it is a quadricycle with pedal traction and a regenerative electric system to minimize the driver's effort. Furthermore, it could be offered in various configurations such as a vehicle with a driver and passenger, a vehicle with the driver attached to a trailer for two passengers, a vehicle with a short cargo bed, a vehicle with an extended cargo bed, and a vehicle with a closed cargo box. [004] Document (1), BR102017000804-5, deposited in The document dated January 13, 2017, and titled "PEDAL-POWERED QUADRICYCLE VEHICLE," refers to a non-polluting vehicle powered solely by pedaling, that is, by the driving force of its passengers, through a transmission system composed of pedals, sprockets, toothed chains, pinions, two longitudinal axles interconnected by toothed gears, which in turn are connected to an automotive differential by means of a toothed sprocket and chain. It has an automotive-type steering and braking system, as well as a beer distribution and cooling system composed of a compressor, two thermal boxes with coils and taps, and finally, an electrical system composed of a battery, battery charger, control switches, fuse box, lights, turn signals, horn, and lighting. Its purpose is to provide recreational tourist transportation for up to 14 passengers in an unconventional and relaxed manner.

[005] Document (2), PI0700610-1, filed on 12 / 02 / 2007 and entitled PEDAL QUADRICYCLE, WITH CIRCULAR SHAPE, INTENDED FOR THE TRANSPORT OF UP TO SEVEN PEOPLE, refers to a pedal quadricycle, with a circular shape, intended for the transport of up to seven people, characterized by being constituted by a pedal-powered vehicle, mounted on four wheels, having six passenger seats, distributed around the perimeter of a circle and one seat for the driver. Each of the six passenger seats is fixed to a rod, which has height adjustment, being guided by a bearing welded to the structure of each seat, of curved shape, which at its lower part converges towards the center of the vehicle with a cylinder. This cylinder has a truncated conical basket with seven rods, welded at its upper end, in a round ring.The seat has a support structure, composed of two rods, welded together at one end and the other end respectively, to a base and cylinder. The base is welded to the cylinder and to the support axle of the pair of wheels. Each seat has pedals with chain-driven sprockets, which transmit all the force to the crown / pinion gears, which in turn transmit the force. [007] Document (4), MU7300338-7, filed on 02 / 03 / 1993 and entitled “PEDAL-POWERED QUADRICYCLE”, refers to a quadricycle consisting of a longitudinal tubular chassis, formed by two pairs, lower and upper, the lower pair having, at the front, horizontal curves for fixing a tubular arch supporting the bumper and steering bar with steering wheel, said lower pair of tubes supporting a bar with axles for inserting bearings for the front wheel support arch, the helical springs and the stabilizer bar bearings, said chassis being equipped, in its rear part, with a rectangular tubular frame, with fixing of rear wheel axles, enveloping oblong supports and tubular seat support with backrest, this support with rear brake lever, the movement being promoted by pedals and by a set of sprockets and Petition 870250058540, dated 09 / 07 / 2025, p. 6 / 17 4 / 6 pinions, driven by chains, whose development resulted in a quadricycle, for individual use, powered by human force, through pedals, designed for recreational use or for transporting small volumes, preferably in areas without much incline, in order to reduce time and effort.

[008] As can be easily verified, none of the selected documents clearly anticipate the technical characteristics of the present application. Document (1) refers to a pedal quadricycle with a beer tap for up to 14 participants, so that users pedal and drink beer at the same time, turning the ride into an outdoor party, and is therefore restricted to beer-fueled festivities. Document (2) refers to a pedal quadricycle with a system of up to seven sets of pedals distributed in a circle, where everyone pedals and one controls the steering. Document (3) refers to a pedal quadricycle for two people with a canvas cover that can act as advertising panels. Document (4) refers to a tricycle for one user, equipped with a steering bar and a shock absorption system.

[009] In order to surpass and differentiate itself from the state of the art, the present “CONSTRUCTIVE ARRANGEMENT APPLIED TO A MULTIFUNCTIONAL PEDAL-POWERED QUADRICYCLE” was developed, which, in order to facilitate the reading of the text, will henceforth be referred to simply as “QUADRICYCLE”. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0011] According to the drawings, the present “QUADRICYCLE” is basically made up of five main models, namely model(1) with space for driver and passenger; model(2) for driver and two passengers; model(3) with short cargo bed(4); model(4) with extended cargo bed and model(5) with closed cargo box. All models have a width between 75 and 80cm, with tubular chassis and FRP fairing, being equipped with pedal propulsion(6) with regenerative electric system; acrylic windshield(7) with wiper(8); front optical assembly(9); rear optical assembly(10); handlebar or steering wheel with controls(11); motorcycle wheels / tires(12); automotive seats or similar(13); rearview mirrors(14) or cameras(15); spare wheel / tire(16) and solar energy collection panels(17). The model(1) has a fairing(18) with two entrances, a front one(19) for the driver and a rear one(20) for the passenger, as well as a rear luggage rack with a lid(21) that also houses the spare tire(16).Model (2) has a shortened chassis and a fairing (22) that houses only the driver, the rear part (23) being equipped with a hitch (24) to connect a trailer-type trailer (25) with capacity for two passengers facing each other and provided with a rear axle (26), central entrance door (27) and windows (28), in addition to an optional mini-bar inside (not shown). Model (3) also has a shortened chassis with the same fairing (22) as model (2), however, being provided with a short rear cargo bed (29), where the spare tire (16) is also placed. Model (4) is similar to model (3), however, with a long chassis and an extended rear cargo bed (30). Model (5) is similar to model (4), however, with a closed trunk (31) instead of the aforementioned cargo bed (30).
