Description
1 / 4 CONSTRUCTIONAL ARRANGEMENT INTRODUCED IN HYDRAULIC CONNECTION
[001] This utility model patent relates to a new constructive arrangement introduced in a hydraulic connection, belonging to the mechanical technical area, with application in civil construction, more particularly it relates to a tube, which is an accessory applied in meter installations as well as water, gas, energy, and any type of connection that requires this type of connection, which is used together with sealing rings and a nut, with the aim of reducing manufacturing and sales costs, through which very advantageous practical, safe and functional results are obtained.
[002] Currently we encounter hydraulic connections produced by casting, forging processes using brass or copper alloys as raw material, and also by injection molding using polymeric materials such as Polypropylene and Polyvinyl Chloride, resulting in a single product made from the same material as mentioned above.
[003] Tubes produced by the current process, gravity casting (chill casting) or forging, need to be oversized due to the manufacturing process, increasing processing costs with higher consumption of base raw material and logistics related to the weight of the material to be transported.
[004] As part of the state of the art, we have the document PI9401710-7, published on 03 / 21 / 1995, referring to an “IMPROVED HYDRAULIC CONNECTOR”, where according to its summary we have: “This patent describes a new hydraulic connector for connecting electric heaters and showers to the pipes of the building network, designed to minimize the leakage current that reaches said pipes and their accessories, such as Petition 870260014436, dated 02 / 13 / 2026, p. 6 / 9 2 / 4 registers and taps. Basically, the novelty consists of a hydraulic connector (1) to connect the water inlet and outlet of an electric heater (4), this connector being manufactured in thermoplastic material formed by a long hollow tubular projection (8) centrally provided with a polygonal collar (9) and with the ends provided with external threads (10), said tube having, on one of its sides, a cavity (11) of a predisposed shape to receive the end (12) of a tube (13) of defined length, which is enclosed by the pipe (14) where the appliance (4) is fixed, while another version presents a cavity (15) on the opposite side of the connector (16), allowing tubes (13) to be placed on both sides of the same, and another alternative employs a connector (17) that presents two tubular projections (18) configuring tubes integrated into the connector itself, in a single piece, with the devices (19) with a casing (20) made of thermoplastic material, which may have water inlet and outlet consisting of tubular projections (21) fitted with external threads (22) and centrally exhibiting hollow tubular extensions (23). ”,
[005] As can be seen, the object described in the aforementioned document, despite being a connector, is not of particular relevance, as it is produced in a single material, presenting the same drawbacks identified in the prior art.
[006] Thus, in seeking to solve the problems identified in the state of the art, the hydraulic connection, object of the present innovation, was developed, which, according to its constructive arrangement, presents a tube produced from the fusion / assembly of two metallic or polymeric and metallic materials, where internally there is the assembly of a new high-purity alloy and externally coated with a lower-cost alloy, directly impacting the cost of manufacturing and the finished product, solving the Petition 870260014436, dated 02 / 13 / 2026, page 7 / 9 3 / 4 of the aforementioned drawbacks, in addition to providing other advantages resulting from its design.
[007] The present utility model patent will be better understood through the attached drawings which schematically represent: Figure 1 - Perspective view of the new constructive arrangement introduced in the hydraulic connection; Figure 2 - rear view of the hydraulic connection; Figure 3 - exploded perspective view of the hydraulic connection; Figure 4 - Perspective view in longitudinal section of the hydraulic connection; Figure 5 - Side view in longitudinal section of the hydraulic connection; Figure 6 - exploded perspective view of a constructive variant of the hydraulic connection; Figure 7 - perspective view in longitudinal section of a constructive variant of the hydraulic connection; and Figure 8 - Side view in longitudinal section of a constructive variant of the hydraulic connection.
[008] According to figures 1 to 5, the present constructive arrangement introduced in hydraulic connection, is of the tube type (1) which is coupled together with the respective sealing rings and a nut, and comprises a low-cost tubular outer body (2), being of polymeric or brass material, having at one end a threaded portion (21), in the center, a smooth or hexagonal region (22), and at the other end a circular portion (23) for coupling the sealing ring, followed by an annular protrusion (24), and internally a tubular inner body (3) of high-purity alloy will be fused or assembled, forming a two-component body. Petition 870260014436, dated 02 / 13 / 2026, page 8 / 9 4 / 4
[009] According to figures 6 to 8, in a constructive variant, the outer tubular body (2) will be provided internally with an upward inclination (25) towards the center and, equivalently, the inner tubular body (3) will be provided, on the outer face, with a downward inclination (31).
[010] With the new constructive arrangement introduced in the hydraulic connection, thus obtained, its use is the same, changing its production method which is produced from the mechanical assembly process, where the inner tubular body (3) of the tube (1) is inserted into the outer tubular body (2) under pressure. In the case of the constructive variant, after assembly, a shaping process is carried out on the inner part forming the downward slope (31) and the upward slope (115), preventing the outer tubular body (2) from moving, forming a single two-component product.
[011] The new constructive arrangement introduced in the hydraulic connection offers the following advantages in relation to its counterparts known to date: - Reduction in manufacturing costs and final product cost; - Lighter product, easier to handle and transport; - Clean manufacturing process; - The internal part of the product that comes into contact with liquids, gases, and other substances is free of heavy metals and contaminants; and - Ideal for conveying water for human consumption, meeting all the requirements of the Ministry of Health with excellence.
[012] The scope of this utility model patent, therefore, should not be limited to construction details, but rather only to the terms defined in the claims and their equivalents. Petition 870260014436, dated 02 / 13 / 2026, page 9 / 9
