5 CONSTRUCTIONAL ARRANGEMENT WITH TWIST-ON CLOSURE INTEGRATED INTO THE PACKAGING Utility model field
[001] This utility model relates to the field of constructive closure arrangements applicable to packaging, encompassing solutions designed to allow the resealable closure and reopening of packaging after initial opening. The constructive arrangement is applicable, among others, to the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and electronic sectors, in packaging that demands ease of use and maintenance of content containment. [002] In the state of the art, several closure solutions for packaging are known, such as seals, adhesives, removable closures and plastic zippers. These solutions have limitations related to reuse after initial opening, difficulty of handling or incompatibility with certain packaging materials, especially in flexible packaging.
[003] The proposed constructive arrangement seeks to overcome the limitations observed in the state of the art by integrating at least one flexible element, preferably two, arranged on opposite faces of the packaging envelope, allowing closure and reopening by manual twisting after the initial opening, without the need for additional external elements, being applicable to different types of packaging and materials. Claims
CLAIMS 1. CONSTRUCTIONAL ARRANGEMENT FOR CLOSURE BY TWISTING INTEGRATED INTO THE PACKAGING, characterized by comprising at least one flexible element, consisting of coated or uncoated wire, integrated into the packaging envelope by means of a heat-bonding process, thermal welding or other means of fixation suitable to the packaging material, arranged in such a way as to allow, after the initial opening of the envelope, the reusable closing and reopening of the packaging by manual twisting of the flexible element, maintaining the containment of the contents.
2. CONSTRUCTIONAL ARRANGEMENT, according to claim 1, characterized by comprising two or more cooperating flexible elements, arranged on the same face or on opposite faces of the packaging.
3. CONSTRUCTIONAL ARRANGEMENT, according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that the flexible element is arranged horizontally, vertically or at an angle in relation to the opening region of the packaging.
4. CONSTRUCTIONAL ARRANGEMENT, according to claim 1, characterized in that the flexible element is made of metallic material coated with a polymeric material, biodegradable or functionally equivalent.
