The design is for the visual features of the POP-TOP TUBE provided in the accompanying drawings, of which the following is a specification. Fig. 1 is a perspective view from above, to the front and to the left side of a new design for a POP-TOP TUBE; Fig. 2 is a perspective view from below, to the rear and to the ride side thereof; Fig. 3 is a front view thereof; Fig. 4 is a rear view thereof; Fig. 5 is a right side view thereof; Fig. 6 is a left side view thereof; Fig. 7 is a top plan side view thereof; Fig. 8 is a bottom plan view thereof; and Fig. 9 is a perspective view thereof when in use. In the drawings, the evenly-sized dashed broken lines are for the purpose of illustrating portions of the article that form no part of the claimed design. The dot-dash broken lines are for the purpose of illustrating the boundaries of the portions of the article that form part of the claimed design. Unevenly broken lines are provided to illustrate surface contours and shading. The design is also shown with break lines to indicate variable length. Portions of the article within the break lines vary equally in length.
