Abstract
Description
DEVICE APPLICABLE FOR DUST REMOVAL IN MINE TANKS Technical Field The present invention relates to the technical field of dust control in production workshops, in particular to a device applicable for dust removal in mine tanks. Background Technology Mineral materials such as raw ores and sintered ores in steel plants are often stored in several silos with a total length of tens of meters, transported by belts to top portions of silos and then carried by discharging vehicles continuously and orderly to various silos. When loading and unloading the mineral materials, a large amount of dust escapes due to large drop height of the mineral materials and positive pressure in the silos, continuous operation and other factors brings huge dust pollutions in workshops. Existing dust control techniques for mining tank unloading are mainly divided into two categories, the first one is by combination of ventilation slots and external dust removers, and the second one is to move and operate dust removers synchronously with unloading cars. For the first category dedusting by combination of ventilation slots and external dust removers, the external dust removers are connected with the ventilation slots, and the ventilation slots are mainly used for transporting and sucking dust at unloading points, and there are some existing technical solutions like a movable dust removal / ventilation vehicle (disclosed in ZL201821339696.0, ZL200720086152.3 and ZL201811175865.6), a partition ventilation groove (disclosed in ZL201520040533.2) and so on. The ventilation grooves used in present technical solutions are connected by steel structures on the lower, left and right sides and upper portions thereof are sealed by belts. With this method certain ventilation and suction effects can be achieved when the belts cover the left and right sides properly, and the dust generated at discharge points can be absorbed to a certain extent. However, lengths of the ventilation slots are generally tens of meters or even hundreds of meters. With the increase of running time, the belts are frequently opened and closed, problems such as belt deviation, belt aging, belt deformation, etc. are very liable to occur, so as to directly lead to a large area of air leakage in upper portions of the ventilation slots, and suction air of the dust removers cannot be transmitted to the unloading points, therefore a good dust collection effect cannot be achieved. Therefore, weak sealing of the upper belts of the ventilation slots is the Achilles heel of the traditional ventilation slots. In the second category that dust removers move and operate synchronously with unloading cars, dust removers are installed next to unloading cars; dust sucked at unloading points directly enters the dust removers for purification. In this way, the dust removers and the unloading cars operate synchronously, and there is no movable ventilation groove, which can avoid air leakage in the ventilation groove to a certain extent. There are some existing technical solutions like a fully enclosed mobile ventilation and dust removal system (disclosed in ZL201410303004.7), a parallel moving cloth bag filter (disclosed in ZL201310127255.X), a mobile flatbed truck equipped with pulse dust collector (disclosed in ZL200620076303.2and ZL200720042556.2), and so on. However, the dust removers of the present category in mentioned technical solutions need to run synchronously with the unloading cars, and the dust removers are located indoors, which greatly restrict volumes of the dust removers. When volumes of the dust removers are reduced, upper limits of the dust removers' processing capacities are reduced accordingly, exhaust air volumes at unloading points are obviously insufficient, consequently dust removal effects are not satisfactory. At the same time, the dust removers are arranged indoors, and it is more difficult to conduct maintenance works such as dust removal and bag replacement, which affects the dust removal effect as well. In addition, when the dust removers move with the unloading vehicles, cables that supply power also follow, that is to say, high-power cables move back and forth within distances of tens of meters or even hundreds of meters, which will reduce the reliability of the cables, increase the failure rate of power supply, and cause leakage danger. Finally, overall weights of dust removers are so large that additional powers need to be equipped to follow reciprocating motions of the unloading vehicles, which will increase energy consumption of total systems, further, dust removers are equipped with independent powers and unloading vehicles are equipped with independent powers, which increase difficulties of synchronous movement of the mentioned two and increase the failure rate of the entire systems. Summary of the Invention In order to overcome the above technical defects, the present invention provides a device for dust removal in mine tanks, comprising dust hoods, pneumatic conveying pipelines, a tape-sealed synchronous transfer system and a dust removal device, wherein the dust hoods and the pneumatic conveying pipelines are all fixed on a discharging vehicle and move synchronously with the same for dust collection and dust transportation respectively, the dust hoods are arranged above where materials separate from belts and enter into hoppers, the dust removal device generates suction forces, which can form negative pressure in the tape-sealed synchronous transfer system and the pneumatic conveying pipelines, and conduct the negative pressure to the dust hoods, so as to suck dust generated during discharging, and the dust is imported into a ventilating groove through the tape-sealed synchronous transfer system, and then is removed by the dust removal device.
