Abstract
Description
1 FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to automated job role identification, AI-powered resume generation, and dynamic resume viewing for employers, specifically focusing on an AI-driven system that dynamically generates and customizes resumes based on user skills and presents them for viewing and download. The invention eliminates the manual, time-consuming process of job searching and resume tailoring by automatically analyzing user data, suggesting relevant job roles, and dynamically generating tailored resumes for different roles. This innovative system leverages artificial intelligence to optimize recruitment for both job seekers and employers, ensuring highly relevant candidate presentations. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The hiring process is time-consuming and inefficient for both job seekers and employers. Candidates often struggle to identify suitable job roles, and manually creating tailored resumes for different positions is a tedious task. On the other hand, employers receive generic resumes that do not match job-specific skills. Traditional job boards and ATS systems fail to accurately match candidates with the best-fitting jobs. This invention addresses these inefficiencies by automating role identification, resume generation, and employerspecific resume presentation. Problem in the Market 1. Manual Job Role Identification: Job seekers often struggle to determine which roles suit their skills and qualifications. 2. Time-Consuming Resume Customization: Candidates must manually tailor resumes for different job applications, which is inefficient. 3. Lack of Employer-Specific Resume Presentation: Employers receive generic resumes that do not align with the specific skills they are searching for. 4. Irrelevant Applications: Employers face hiring inefficiencies due to a high volume of applications that do not match job requirements.2 Existing Solutions and Their Limitations Traditional Job Boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) require candidates to manually select jobs and upload a single resume, leading to misalignment between applicant skills and job roles. Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) rely on outdated keyword-based filtering, often rejecting qualified candidates due to rigid criteria. Resume Builders focus on template customization but do not automate job-role-specific resume generation. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The disclosed invention provides a system and method for automated job role identification, AI-powered resume generation, and dynamic resume presentation to improve job application efficiency. Key components include: 1. Multi-Role Identification: AI analyzes candidate profiles (skills, experience, education, portfolios, certifications, voice recordings) to suggest multiple job roles. 2. Automated Resume Generation: For each identified job role, a tailored resume is generated, highlighting the most relevant skills and experience. 3. Dynamic Resume Viewing & Selection: Employers dynamically view the most relevant resume version, customized based on the employer’s searched skills. 4. Efficient Resume Delivery: The system automatically delivers the most relevant resume to employers via email, search results, user profile or employer dashboard presentation. The SkillsHunt platform introduces a proprietary system that allows candidates to generate one or more tailored resumes by first retrieving stored user data, dynamically generating job roles, and producing AI-powered resumes upon user request. Unlike job boards like LinkedIn, which display job advertisements based on searches, SkillsHunt explicitly suggests job roles for resume generation and auto-generates tailored resumes for those roles, whether a single role or multiple roles are identified. Unlike traditional ATS and job boards, SkillsHunt does not provide a resume search feature. Instead, employers search for candidates based on skills, and the system dynamically selects and presents only the most relevant resume per candidate, ensuring that multiple resumes are not manually filtered or browsed.3 Competitors cannot replicate any of the following features without infringing: 1. AI-generated job roles that are dynamically created at the time of resume generation, without manual selection by the candidate. 2. Automated retrieval of stored candidate data to generate job roles and resumes only upon user request. 3. Dynamic selection of a single relevant resume per candidate based on employer search queries, preventing resume browsing. 4. Prevention of bulk resume storage, unauthorized retrieval, and automated scraping. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION 1. Multi-Role Identification (Claim 1) Description: The system analyzes a candidate's profile data, including: o Skills (manually added or extracted from portfolios, work experience, certifications). o Voice recordings (demonstrating verbal communication and expertise). o Portfolio images (visual proof of past projects). o Employment history. o Education & certifications. Using AI algorithms, the system matches candidate profiles with multiple suitable job roles, ensuring precise recommendations. Novelty: Automated multi-role suggestion eliminates the need for candidates to manually determine their fit for roles. Dynamic adaptation of role suggestions based on real-time profile updates. 2. Multiple Resume Generation (Claim 2)4 Description: Once suitable job roles are identified, the system automatically generates tailored resumes for each role. AI dynamically extracts and highlights key skills for each role, ensuring role-specific resume optimization. The user does not need to manually create multiple resumes—they are generated seamlessly. The resumes are stored in a candidate’s resume dashboard, where they can be further customized if needed. Novelty: AI-driven resume customization eliminates manual tailoring for each job application. Ensures alignment between employer job descriptions and candidate profiles. 3. Dynamic Resume Viewing (Claim 3) Description: Employers searching for candidates using specific skill criteria receive a dynamically selected resume from a candidate’s resume dashboard. Instead of presenting a single generic resume, the system automatically selects the most relevant version that matches the employer’s needs. Employers can view and download the selected resume dynamically. The most relevant resume can also be automatically sent to the employer’s email when a candidate is shortlisted. Novelty: Customizes resumes per employer preferences without user intervention. Allows employers to receive highly relevant candidate profiles without unnecessary filtering. Optimizes hiring efficiency by ensuring precision in resume presentation.5 ADVANTAGES OF THE INVENTION Efficiency: Reduces job-seeking effort by automating role identification and resume creation. Personalization: Employers receive resumes tailored to their specific job requirements. Time-Saving: Candidates avoid manually editing resumes for each job application. AI-Powered Matching: Ensures higher-quality job recommendations.
Claims
1 CLAIMS Claim 1: Multi-Role Identification System (AI & Manual Methods) A computer-implemented method for identifying one or more suitable job roles exclusively for resume generation, comprising: Receiving candidate profile data, including skills, employment history, education, portfolios, certifications, and self-assessment. Retrieving stored candidate data upon user request to generate a resume. Automatically generating one or more suitable job roles in the background upon user interaction with a resume generation request, ensuring job roles are created solely for the purpose of structuring AIgenerated resumes. Using the generated job roles solely as labels for the corresponding resumes in the candidate’s resume dashboard. Ensuring that job roles are not manually stored, modified, or selected by candidates but instead function as categorization for AI-generated resumes. Claim 2: Multiple Resume Generation System A system for automatically generating one or more role-based resumes per job role from a single user action, comprising: Retrieving AI-suggested job roles dynamically at the moment of resume creation, rather than requiring manual selection or storing job roles in advance. Generating multiple resumes in a single automated process, where each resume is uniquely tailored to an AI-identified job role. Ensuring that each AI-identified job role generates a distinct and uniquely structured resume, preventing content redundancy or duplication. Labeling each generated resume with its corresponding AI-identified job role, ensuring structured organization for the candidate. Allowing candidates to review and save multiple generated resumes at once, without requiring manual edits to each resume individually.2 Storing generated resumes in a candidate’s dashboard, where they can be viewed, edited, and downloaded, with job roles serving as labels for categorization. Blocking competitors from implementing an automated system that generates multiple role-based resumes in a single step. Ensuring no platform, including job boards, resume builders, or ATS systems, can dynamically generate and provide multiple AI-driven resumes per role suggestion in a single operation.
