For those skilled in the art, the specific meaning of the above terms in the present application can be understood according to the specific circumstances.
[0042] Since the walls of the building are usually not completely vertical, it is necessary to adjust the distance between the upper and lower ends of the door and the wall, so that the shower door can be normally opened and closed. In the related art, a shower door assembly including a fixed frame and a moving frame is usually used, and when installed, the fixed frame needs to be fixed to the wall and the distance between the upper and lower ends of the moving frame and the fixed frame is adjusted, and finally drilled and fixed. It is required to have many components, complicated installation, and easy to damage parts, and there is a need for convenient installation and adjustment of the shower door.
[0043] Therefore, the present application provides a shower door assembly capable of realizing quick installation and adjustment and a shower door comprising the same.
[0044] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the shower door assembly comprises a fixing device 100, an adjusting device 200, a push-pull mechanism 150, a first fastener 310 and a second fastener 320, the push-pull mechanism 150 connects the first fastener 310 with the fixing device 100 and can drive the first fastener 310 to move in a first direction, the first fastener 310 drives the second fastener 320 to move in a second direction, and the second fastener 320 contacts the adjusting device 200 in the second direction.
[0045] The fixing device 100 is connected to one side of the shower door, and the adjusting device 200 is connected to the wall surface corresponding to the position of the fixing device 100. The first fastener 310 is adjusted by the push-pull mechanism 150, so that the first fastener 310 moves in the first direction. When the first fastener 310 moves in the first direction, the second fastener 320 moves in the second direction, and gradually tightens between the adjusting device 200, until the second fastener 320 is relatively fixed with the adjusting device 200. At this time, the first fastener 310 continues to apply pressure to the second fastener 320 in the second direction, and under the action of the pressure, the second fastener 320 and the adjusting device 200 are pressed in the second direction, so that they maintain a fixed state. When the second fastener 320 and the adjusting device 200 are in a relatively fixed state, the fixing device 100 and the adjusting device 200 are also relatively fixed, so that the distance between the edge of the shower door and the corresponding wall surface is fixed. When the first fastener 310 moves in the opposite direction of the first direction, the pressure applied to the second fastener 320 in the second direction decreases, thereby releasing the tight state, so that the second fastener 320 and the adjusting device 200 are in a relaxed state and can move relatively. At this time, the shower door frame and the wall surface can also move relatively, and the distance between the edge of the shower door and the corresponding wall surface can be adjusted. Until the shower door remains vertical. Referring to FIG. 3, by arranging at least one shower door assembly on the edge of the shower door and the shower door frame, the distance between the edge of the shower door and the shower door frame can be adjusted by the fixing device 100 and the adjusting device 200. For example, as shown in FIG. 3, shower door assemblies A and C are arranged on the frame on one side of the shower door, and shower door assemblies B and D are arranged on the frame on the other side of the shower door. By using two shower door assemblies on the same side to position, the shower door can be kept in a vertical state, and the fixing device 100 and the adjusting device 200 are fastened, so that the shower door can be normally opened and closed.
[0046] Generally, as shown in FIG. 1, the first direction is the arrangement direction of the fixing device 100, and is directed from the fixing device 100 to the shower door; the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction, and is directed from the fixing device 100 to the adjusting device 200; and the third direction is perpendicular to the first direction and the second direction.
[0047] In the embodiments of the present application, the first fastener 310 can move in the first direction and drive the second fastener 320 to move in the second direction. The first fastener 310 and the second fastener 320 can be directly contacted, or can be mechanically connected through a mechanical member, such as a connecting rod mechanism.
[0048] In an alternative embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, the first fastener 310 comprises a first inclined surface 311, and the second fastener 320 comprises a second inclined surface 321, which are collectively referred to as inclined surfaces hereinafter for convenience of description. The first inclined surface 311 and the second inclined surface 321 are oppositely arranged and have the same slope, and each forms an angle with the first direction and the third direction, so that the first fastener 310 and the second fastener 320 can slide along the inclined surfaces, and the first fastener 310 can drive the second fastener 320 to move through the conduction of the inclined surfaces.
[0049] In an alternative embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, the second fastener 320 comprises at least one protruding tooth structure 322, which is pressed against the adjusting device 200 when the second fastener 320 is fixed on the adjusting device 200. The tooth structure 322 on the second fastener 320 can cause the adjusting device 200 to deform, and the tooth structure 322 can press a groove on the adjusting device 200, thereby achieving the fixation between the second fastener 320 and the adjusting device 200.
[0050] In the embodiments of the present application, the push-pull mechanism 150 drives the first fastener 310 to move in the first direction, and the push-pull mechanism 150 and the first fastener 310 can be directly matched or mechanically connected through a component.
[0051] In an alternative embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, the push-pull mechanism 150 is a screw rod and has a threaded structure 151, and the first fastener 310 is provided with a connecting hole 313 in the first direction, which is a threaded through hole and matched with the threaded structure 151. When the push-pull mechanism 150 is screwed into the first fastener 310 in the opposite direction of the first direction, the first fastener 310 moves in the first direction relative to the push-pull mechanism 150, and when the push-pull mechanism 150 is screwed out of the first fastener 310 in the first direction, the first fastener 310 moves in the opposite direction of the first direction relative to the push-pull mechanism 150.
[0052] In an alternative embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5, the fixing device 100 comprises a first bottom plate 101, a second bottom plate 102, side plates 103, 104, the first bottom plate 101 and the second bottom plate 102 are arranged in parallel in the second direction, and the two ends of the first bottom plate 101 and the second bottom plate 102 in the third direction are connected by the side plates 103, 104 parallel to the second direction. The first bottom plate 101, the second bottom plate 102, and the side plates 103, 104 form a mounting cavity 105, and the first fastener 310 and the second fastener 320 are accommodated in the mounting cavity 105. The first bottom plate 101 and the second bottom plate 102 are connected in the first direction by a fixed end surface 1013 parallel to one side of the shower door. A guide hole 106 is arranged on the fixing device 100 in the first direction, and the push-pull mechanism 150 is accommodated inside the guide hole 106 and fixed with the fixing device 100 in the first direction.
[0053] In an alternative embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, the end of the push-pull mechanism 150 in the first direction extends in the second direction, forming an inner end 152 and an outer end 153. The outer end surface of the guide hole 106 in the first direction is provided with a counterbore 1010, which is in contact with the inner end 152 and limits the movement of the push-pull mechanism 150 in the opposite direction of the first direction relative to the fixing device 100. The outer end 153 is flush with the fixed end surface 1013, which limits the movement of the push-pull mechanism 150 in the first direction relative to the fixing device 100 when the fixing device 100 is connected to the shower door, thereby achieving the fixation of the push-pull mechanism 150 and the fixing device 100 in the first direction.
[0054] Specifically, in the process of adjusting the movement direction of the first fastener 310 by the push-pull mechanism 150, when the first fastener 310 moves in the first direction relative to the push-pull mechanism 150, the first fastener 310 also moves in the first direction relative to the shower door due to the contact between the push-pull mechanism 150 and the fixing device 100 in the first direction, and the fixing device 100 is connected to the shower door. Conversely, when the first fastener 310 moves in the opposite direction of the first direction relative to the push-pull mechanism 150, it also moves in the opposite direction of the first direction relative to the shower door.
[0055] As shown in FIG. 6, the adjusting device 200 comprises an extension 202 accommodated in the mounting cavity 105, and the second fastener 320 is in contact with the extension 202 in the second direction.
[0056] In an alternative embodiment, the fixture 100 further comprises a first guide slot 1012 and a second guide slot 108, 109. The first guide slot 1012 is disposed on the first base plate 101 along the first direction, and the first fastener 310 comprises a limiting boss 312 disposed inside the first guide slot 1012, the two ends of the first guide slot 1012 along the first direction limit the stroke of the first fastener 310, and the two ends of the first guide slot 1012 along the third direction limit the rotation of the first fastener 310 around the first direction. The second guide slot 108 and the second guide slot 109 are identical in shape, and are oppositely disposed on the side plates 103, 104 along the second direction, respectively. The second fastener 320 comprises a pin hole 324, and the pin shaft 329 passes through the pin hole 324, and the two ends thereof are disposed inside the second guide slot 108, 109, respectively, to guide the movement direction of the second fastener 320, and the two ends of the second guide slot 108, 109 along the second direction limit the stroke of the second fastener 320. The first base plate 101 extends to the inside of the mounting cavity 105 to form a limiting step 107 along the second direction, and the second fastener 320 comprises a guide end face 325, the limiting step 107 is in contact with the guide end face 325, which guides the movement of the second fastener 320 along the third direction, and prevents the rotation of the second fastener 320 around the third direction.
[0057] In particular, the process of adjusting and fixing the shower door assembly is exemplarily described with reference to the embodiment shown in FIGS. 4-6:
[0058] The at least one shower door assembly is arranged between a side frame of the shower door and a corresponding wall surface, the fixing device 100 is fixed on one side of the shower door, and the adjusting device 200 is fixed on the corresponding wall surface. When the second fastener 320 is not fixed with the extension 202, the extension 202 can move relative to the fixing device 100 in the mounting cavity 105. By changing the distance between the adjusting device 200 and the fixing device 100, the distance between the side frame of the shower door and the wall surface can be adjusted, so that the shower door remains vertical. In the vertical state of the shower door, the push-pull mechanism 150 is rotated into the first fastener 310. Since the first guide groove 1012 limits the rotation of the first fastener 310 around the push-pull mechanism 150, and the push-pull mechanism 150 is fixed with the fixing device 100 in the first direction, the push-pull mechanism 150 moves relative to the fixing device 100 in the first direction. Through the conduction of the inclined surface, the first fastener 310 and the second fastener 320 slide relative to the inclined surface, so that the second fastener 320 moves relative to the fixing device 100 in the second direction under the guidance of the second guide groove 108, 109, and the limiting step 107 contacts the guide end surface 325 to avoid the rotation of the second fastener 320 around the pin shaft 329. The second fastener 320 is gradually pressed against the extension 202 during movement in the second direction, and is fixed on the extension 202 under the action of the pressure, thereby fixing the distance between the adjusting device 200 and the fixing device 100, and realizing the fixation between the side frame of the shower door and the wall surface, and installing the vertical shower door on the wall surface. Conversely, when the push-pull mechanism 150 is rotated out of the first fastener 310, the push-pull mechanism 150 moves relative to the fixing device 100 in the opposite direction of the first direction. At this time, the first fastener 310 and the second fastener 320 are gradually separated, the pressure applied by the first fastener 310 on the second fastener 320 through the inclined surface gradually decreases, so that the second fastener 320 is no longer fixed with the extension 202, and the extension 202 moves in the mounting cavity 105 to adjust the distance between the side frame of the shower door and the wall surface, until the shower door is in the vertical state.
[0059] In an alternative embodiment, referring to FIG. 7, the shower door assembly further comprises an adjusting frame 600, through which the fixing device 100 is fixed to the frame of the shower door. The adjusting frame 600 comprises a first main plate 601 and adjusting side walls 604, 605 perpendicular to the third direction, the first main plate 601 and the adjusting side walls 604, 605 forming a first enclosed cavity 606, and the fixing device 100 is connected to the first main plate 601 and accommodated inside the first enclosed cavity 606. Specifically, the first main plate 601 is provided with a first mounting groove 602 on one side of the first enclosed cavity 606, and the fixing device 100 is provided with a mounting boss 1011 on the side plates 103, 104, the mounting boss 1011 being clamped inside the first mounting groove 602 along the third direction, so that the fixing device 100 is connected to the first main plate 601. The adjusting frame 600 further comprises a first mounting hole 608 for connecting the adjusting frame 600 to the track or other structure of the shower door. Further, referring to FIG. 8, the shower door assembly further comprises a fixing frame 700, through which the adjusting device 200 is fixed to the wall. The fixing frame 700 comprises a second main plate 701 and fixing side walls 704, 705 perpendicular to the third direction, the second main plate 701 and the fixing side walls 704, 705 forming a second enclosed cavity 706. The adjusting device 200 is connected to the second main plate 701 and accommodated inside the second enclosed cavity 706. Specifically, the second main plate 701 is provided with a second mounting groove 702 on the back surface thereof along the third direction, and the adjusting device 200 comprises a fixing seat 201 clamped inside the second mounting groove 702, so that the adjusting device 200 is connected to the second main plate 701. The fixing frame 700 further comprises a second mounting hole 708 for fixing the fixing frame 700 to the wall surface.
[0060] In an alternative embodiment, the first main plate 601 is provided with a push-pull hole 603, and the position of the push-pull hole 603 corresponds to the guide hole 106 when the fixing device 100 is connected to the first main plate 601. With a tool, the push-pull mechanism 150 can be controlled through the push-pull hole 603. For example, when the push-pull mechanism 150 is a screw rod, a special wrench can be used to rotate the push-pull mechanism 150 through the push-pull hole 603, so as to adjust the distance between the shower door and the wall surface through the shower door assembly. The diameter of the push-pull hole 603 is smaller than the outer end 153 of the push-pull mechanism 150, so as to avoid the push-pull mechanism 150 from being separated from the fixing device 100 through the push-pull hole 603 when the fixing device 100 is connected to the adjusting frame 600.
[0061] In an optional embodiment, the first body plate 601 is provided with a shower door mounting groove 607 on the side connected with the shower door. When the adjusting frame 600 is mounted on the side of the shower door with fixed glass, the glass structure of the shower door is accommodated in and fixed with the shower door mounting groove 607, so as to fix the adjusting frame 600 and the shower door. When the adjusting frame 600 is mounted on the side of the shower door with opened door, the shower door mounting groove 607 accommodates the waterproof strip.
[0062] Further, the fixed frame 600 and the adjusting frame 700 are oppositely arranged. Specifically, the openings of the first surrounding cavity 606 and the second surrounding cavity 706 are oppositely arranged in the first direction, and the fixed side walls 604 and 605 are parallel to the adjusting side walls 704 and 705. When the fixed device 100 and the adjusting device 200 are connected through the first fastener 310 and the second fastener 320, the fixed frame 600 and the adjusting frame 700 are sleeved with each other. The sleeving form can be that the fixed side walls 604 and 605 are located between the adjusting side walls 704 and 705, that is, the first surrounding cavity 606 is accommodated in the second surrounding cavity 706, or that the adjusting side walls 704 and 705 are located between the fixed side walls 604 and 605, that is, the second surrounding cavity 706 is accommodated in the first surrounding cavity 606.
[0063] The embodiment of the present application also provides a shower door comprising the shower door assembly provided in any of the above embodiments.
[0064] As shown in FIG. 9, at least one shower door assembly is arranged at the edge of the shower door between one side of the shower door and the corresponding wall surface. The fixed frame 600 is connected with the shower door, and the adjusting frame 700 is connected with the corresponding wall surface. When the shower door is installed, the adjusting frame 700 is fixed on the wall surface or the door frame, and the relative position between the fixed device 100 and the adjusting device 200 is fastened through the adjusting fixed device 100 and the adjusting device 200, so that the shower door is kept vertical, and the second fastener 320 is fixed with the adjusting device 200, and the installation of the shower door assembly is completed.
[0065] The shower door assembly and the shower door comprising the same provided by the embodiment of the present application adjust the distance between the shower door and the wall surface based on the fixed device 100 and the adjusting device 200, and connect the fixed device 100 and the adjusting device 200 through the first fastener 310 and the second fastener 320, so that the shower door assembly is switched between the locked state and the unlocked state, and the quick installation and adjustment of the shower door are realized.
[0066] The above merely provides the specific implementation of the present application, but the protection scope of the present application is not limited to this. Any person skilled in the art can easily think of the changed or replaced technical solutions within the technical range disclosed by the present application, which should be covered in the protection scope of the present application.
