Description

POSITIVE TEMPERATURE REFRIGERATION SYSTEMFIELD OF THE INVENTION

[0001] This invention falls within the technical field of vehicle refrigeration systems, more specifically fortransporting food cargo. In particular, the present invention refers to a positive temperature refrigeration system.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0002] Currently, the eutectic plate is a type of refrigeration device commonly used in the transportation of temperature-sensitive products such as ice cream.

[0003] These plates are comprised of a mixture of water and a freezing agent, which freezes at a specific temperature and maintains that temperature for a long period.

[0004] However, the eutectic plate is not used in the transportation of temperature-sensitive products that require positive temperatures, such as chocolates.

[0005] Existing technology for positive temperature cargo refrigeration involves the use of Diesel-powered refrigerators. One disadvantage of this technology currently in use is the noise generated by the engine and the emission of CO2.STATE OF THE ART

[0006] The document entitled Numerical Simulation of the Heat Transfer in a Refrigerated Trailer Equipped with Eutectic Plates for Frozen Food Delivery (available at https: / / www. researchgate.net / publication / 351914619_Numerical_Simulation _of_the_Heat_Transfer_in_a_Refrigerated_Trailer_Equipped_with_Eutectic_Plates_for_Frozen_Food_Delivery) refers to a study related to heat transfer in a refrigerated trailer with eutectic plates. The tests show that the configuration of eutectic plates fixed to the bottom of the trailer tends to maintain a higher temperature in the test without the presence of cargo, making them less preferred when the goal is to maintain temperatures for transporting frozen cargo, which is the case in this article. In addition, the article compares two modes of air circulation: suction or blowing.

[0007] Document CN101934755 discloses a type of electric refrigeration compressor for refrigerated storage designed for energy saving and environmentally friendly refrigeration for refrigerated vehicles. The compressor does not use gasoline or Diesel, but is driven by an electric motor. The engine power supply is an ordinary 220V power supply. When the car is parked, the refrigeration compressor can start refrigeration while the power is connected. The energy generated by the refrigeration compressor is stored in the eutectic salt phase-change cold storage device for use in vehicles transporting frozen or cold cargo during the day.

[0008] Document IN 303334 discloses a refrigeration management system for commercial vehicles with an electrically powered compressor using eutectic plates fixed to the inside walls for transporting heat-sensitive cargo, providing high temperature stability for up to 36 hours, low operating cost, low noise, and greater flexibility in the desired temperature range (positive temperatures are possible), and is non-polluting (because it is electric).

[0009] Document PI 0700660-8 discloses a refrigeration system using eutectic plates coupled to a food transport vehicle using the usual engines of class 4 and 5 Diesel trucks used for ice cream or fresh food delivery.

[0010] Document BR 1120210190333 discloses a container intended to transport products at a desired conservation temperature, for example at a temperature between -40°C and -18°C for the storage of frozen products, orat a temperature between 0°C and 4°C for the storage of fresh products. It uses dry ice plates and eutectic plates.BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
