Variable resistance system

Abstract

The present disclosure relates to the field of fitness equipment, and particularly relates to a variable resistance system, comprising a steel cable and a load-bearing device, wherein one end of the steel cable is connected to the load-bearing device, the other end outputs a load for training, and at least 1 set of steel cable switching devices is arranged at one end of the load-bearing device. The present disclosure solves the problems of inconvenient resistance variations and complicated structures of conventional steel cable type load-bearing devices, and provides a completely new variable resistance mode and variable resistance system for steel cable type load bearing. By arrangements at a side close to the load-bearing device, the adaptability of a steel cable system can be greatly improved, and more training positions can be added. The problem of resistance variations is solved from a load-bearing source, providing more strength proportionality for training.
