Abstract

The present invention relates to an animation mechanism (1) intended to be assembled on a watch or jewelry component, and comprising a control device (10) configured to be actuated by a user and cooperating with a drive mechanism (11, 12), the latter driving, on demand, at least one animation element (21, 22, 23) from an initial position to an actuated position, in an animation plane (P). The drive mechanism includes a lever (11) that can move in translation and drive the rocker (12) when the control device (10) is actuated. The animation element (21, 22, 23) is pivotally mounted around a pivot (211, 212, 213), the rocker (12) driving the animation element (21, 22, 23) in pivoting motion. Recall means (15) are arranged to return the animation mobile (21, 22, 23) to the initial position when the control device (10) is not actuated.The present invention also relates to a timepiece comprising the drive mechanism.
