Abstract

The present invention provides a watch strap and a watch. Said strap comprises a main body and a connecting device (2). The main body comprises an end link (11), the end link (11) being provided with a mounting housing (111), and two side walls of the mounting housing (111) being respectively provided with through holes.The connection device includes two elastic telescopic assemblies mounted respectively in the two through holes, and a drive button (22) and an elastic element (23) both mounted in the mounting housing (111); the drive button (22) includes a pressure part (221) and a drive part (222); each elastic telescopic assembly includes a locking part and a movable part, the movable part is inserted into the mounting housing (111) when the elastic telescopic assembly is assembled in the through hole (112), and the movable part connects to the drive part (222).
