Method for manufacturing a flexible pivot clock oscillator

Abstract

The method for manufacturing a flexible pivot clock oscillator according to the invention comprises the following steps: a) manufacturing a partially flexible pivot clock oscillator comprising a flexible support (2) and a balance wheel (1), the flexible support (2) comprising a base (3), a movable part (4) and a flexible pivot (5) for suspending the movable part (4) from the base (3) and for guiding the movable part (4) in rotation relative to the base (3) around a virtual axis of rotation (A), the balance wheel (1) being fixed on the movable part (4) of the flexible support (2) to form with it an oscillating assembly; b) measuring the oscillation frequency of the oscillating assembly around the virtual axis of rotation (A); c) from the result of step b), selecting at least one regulating piece (19) from a set of regulating pieces;and d) attach at least one adjusting piece (19) to the oscillating assembly in order to bring the oscillation frequency of the oscillating assembly closer to a predetermined frequency. Two other embodiments of the method are also proposed. The invention also relates to a flexible pivot oscillator manufactured according to this method.
