Abstract

The invention relates to a clutch device for a clock, comprising a rotatably driven clutch input wheel 1, which is freely rotatable and axially displaceable on an axially fixed axis 2. A fixedly arranged clutch output wheel 6 and a first clutch disc 4, which is freely rotatable and axially displaceable on the axis 2, are arranged on the axis 2 and are subjected to a spring force to bear against the clutch input wheel 1. The clutch input wheel 1 can be subjected to frictional engagement with a second clutch disc 3, which is fixed to the axis 2 in a rotationally and axially fixed manner.With a radially outwardly open annular groove 7 on the radially circumferential surface of the first clutch disc 4, into which a claw 8 engages radially, the first clutch disc 4 can be moved from a clutch position acting on the clutch input wheel 1 to a disengagement position lifting the first clutch disc 4 away from the clutch input wheel 1, wherein the claw 8 can be driven axially to the axis 2 via a transmission element from a column wheel 18.
