Folding clasp with fine adjustment mechanism

Abstract

A folding clasp (1) comprises a first folding bar (10), a second folding bar (30) pivotally mounted on the first folding bar (10), a locking mechanism (40) for locking the first folding bar (10) to the second folding bar (30), and a fine adjustment mechanism (20) arranged at a free end of the first folding bar (10). The fine adjustment mechanism (20) comprises a guide arranged at the free end of the first folding bar (10), a slide with a profile mounted longitudinally in the guide, a strap connection element (24c) being arranged at an outer end of the slide, and a pawl that can be released by means of an actuating element (27), which interacts with the profile of the slide to lock the slide in one of several detent positions against longitudinal movement.
