Abstract
A crystalline form VI of an acrylamide compound is provided. The acrylamide compound is (S)-N-(5-((6-(7,7-dimethyl-1-oxo-1,3,4,6,7,8-hexahydro-2Hcyclopentane[4,5]pyrrolo[1,2-a]pyrazin-2-yl)-3-(hydroxymethyl)pyridin-4-yl)-4-methyl-3-oxo-3,4-dihydropyrazin-2-yl)amino)-2-(2-methyl-4-(tetrahydro-2H-pyran-4-yl)piperazin-1-yl)5-phenyl)acrylamide, and the powder X-ray diffraction pattern of the crystalline form VI has diffraction peaks at the following 2θ angle values: 8.3±0.2°, 13.2±0.2°, and 18.9±0.2°. The VI crystalline form has the advantages of good stability and low hygroscopicity, and is suitable for the industrial production of bulk drugs and the development of preparations.
