Abstract
An aqueous composition includes (A) 4-phenylbutyric acid or an ester thereof, or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof, wherein the pH of the aqueous composition is 6.0 or more and 9.0 or less, and the aqueous composition is contained in a discharge vessel with a filter containing a hydrophilic material.
