Abstract
The present invention relates to an automated control and monitoring system for a hydraulic fracturing pad comprising at least one fracturing stack (1) installed on the wellhead of at least one well, and at least one fracturing manifold (2), wherein the system comprises at least one fracturing control station (7) operatively connected to at least one valve of said at least one fracturing stack (1) and to at least one valve of said at least one fracturing manifold (2), a plurality of sensors selected from pressure sensors, flow sensors, valve position sensors, and tool detection sensors (5), wherein said plurality of sensors are in communication with said fracturing control station (7), and a main control and monitoring panel (6) in data communication with said at least one fracturing control station (7).where said main control and monitoring panel (6) is configured to acquire and process the data transmitted by said plurality of sensors and in response thereto, generate commands that are sent to the fracturing control station (7) to execute one or more specified actions.
