Abstract

This invention relates to methods for modifying the flowering time and fruit production time in a Prunus plant by subjecting the Prunus plant to a continuous light regime for a specified amount of time per day for a specified number of days at a particular temperature. Furthermore, the invention relates to plants produced by the methods described herein.
