Abstract

Machine (1) for harvesting fruit and vegetable products (100) from fruit trees comprising: a structure (2) extending along a first reference axis (A); a harvesting assembly (5) located in the structure (2) and configured to harvest the fruit and vegetable products (100).The harvesting assembly (5) comprises a frame (8) extending along a second reference axis (B) transverse to the first reference axis (A) and at least two harvesting units (14) for harvesting two adjacent fruit and vegetable products (100, 110) on the fruit tree. These units are mounted on the frame (8) side by side transversely to the second reference axis (B) and are slidably transported along the support frame (8) so as to slide independently of each other along the support frame (8) parallel to the second reference axis (B). Each unit comprises an articulated harvesting arm (17) for harvesting one of the two adjacent fruit and vegetable products (100, 110). Main figure: Figure 1.
