Abstract

The present invention discloses a floating platform or pontoon designed to manage, condition, and volumetrically reduce organic waste and sludge from the aquaculture industry in situ. The system comprises a continuous flow that receives the sludge from its collection point to a primary liquid-solid separator module. The solids enter a sealed cartridge resting on a vibrating settling table and are then subjected to a mechanical compaction station equipped with integrated means for fluid separation and extraction. The resulting compacted biomass is contained in these sealed and removable cartridges for deferred logistical removal, ensuring airtight operation. Additionally, the pontoon incorporates a treatment and disinfection system that processes the recovered liquid effluents, returning a treated and harmless flow to the external environment.
