Abstract

The invention discloses a multi-flow wind tunnel system with turbulence generation capabilities for simulating and evaluating the aerodynamics of objects. It comprises multiple air inlets, each with individually controlled airflow generators, grilles that allow for changes in the temperature of the incoming air and the introduction of gases for visualization of the respective incoming flow, flexible joints that allow for the positioning of secondary airflow inlets, position sensors that provide the directions of the secondary inlets with respect to the mixing zone in the test section, a dedicated area for placing objects to be evaluated, environmental sensors for data control and collection, and a programmable electronic control to generate the appropriate wind profiles for each process.
