Abstract
The present invention discloses a predictive method and electromechanical infrastructure for deep sterilization, biofouling eradication, and safe oxygenation in Recirculating Aquaculture Systems (RAS). The system addresses operational gas poisoning and gill necrosis lethality caused by oxidative stress from conventional treatments. Technically, a flow pre-treated by a tangential centrifugal biofilter is subjected to a predictive control loop (feed-forward) that cross-references turbidity data with fish feeding schedules. This algorithm governs a kinetic disruption module, injecting lethal pulses of oxidizing gas that fracture into neutrally buoyant nanobubbles to sanitize a tubular killing zone. After oxidizing the pipes, the same algorithm tunes a photolytic extinguishing module located downstream, which acts as a physical thermodynamic firewall to dissociate the toxic residual gas by photoreducing it to assimilable oxygen. The system alters the physical diameter of the bubble and the ultraviolet light in a synchronized manner, guaranteeing zero toxicity and high biological oxygenation.
