Solid waste treatment system by thermal hydrolysis and its procedure

Abstract

This descriptive report discloses an autoclave assembly, a solid waste treatment system by thermal hydrolysis comprising at least two autoclave assemblies, and a method of treating solid waste by thermal hydrolysis using the solid waste treatment system by thermal hydrolysis.The present invention solves all the problems presented by the treatment of "complex" solid waste (composition of fibrous materials such as textiles, plastics), with advantages such as: being able to use a single entry / exit point of the treatment container located at the bottom saving on infrastructure, taking advantage of the storage capacity of the vertical arrangement, using conveyor systems that allow good fluid dynamics without blockages avoiding the rolling of fibrous materials and using a system designed to mobilize all the solid waste accumulated in the vertical container allowing internal recirculation during treatment which substantially improves heat transfer.
