A suspended liquid biochip detection system

Abstract

The invention discloses a suspended liquid biochip detection system, comprising: an upper cover plate, a front panel, a left panel, a right panel, a back panel, a liquid barrel fixing device, an optical path system, a liquid path system, a circuit control system, and a test tube taking and placing device, wherein a single laser is arranged in the optical path system; the invention adopts nanocrystalline fluorescent microspheres, which have a narrow emission peak width and a controllable particle size, and can conveniently use different wavelengths and microsphere particle sizes for optical encoding; the classified fluorescence in the nanocrystalline fluorescent microspheres and the labeled fluorescence of the molecules to be detected in the sample can be excited by a single laser; the method can provide multiple detection channels, and a larger number of information codes can be obtained; and a single excitation laser greatly reduces the detection cost.
