An adjusting device for online adjustment of the twisting position of steel strip armor

Abstract

The present invention discloses an adjusting device for online adjustment of the twisting position of steel strip armor, comprising a driving device and a movable screw assembly, both of which are mounted on one side of a rotating frame. The movable screw assembly comprises a screw and a threaded sleeve, the screw being threadedly connected to the inside of the threaded sleeve, the threaded sleeve being rotatably mounted on the inside of a mounting seat via a bearing, and the mounting seat being fixedly connected to the rotating frame. The position of the outer steel strip guide plate can be moved conveniently and quickly, and the position of the outer steel strip guide plate can be adjusted without stopping the rotating frame, thus not delaying normal armoring and improving work efficiency. The forward and reverse rotation of the driving motor can enable the screw to move at both ends in the horizontal direction. The position of the outer steel strip guide plate can be adjusted to both ends to meet different work requirements.
