Steam-water separation structure of steam generator and steam generator

Abstract

The present invention discloses a steam-water separation structure of a steam generator, which comprises a first steam-water separation cylinder and a second steam-water separation cylinder installed inside a cylinder of the steam generator, wherein the small-diameter end of the second steam-water separation cylinder is sealed, and a ventilation gap exists between the large-diameter end of the second steam-water separation cylinder and the inner wall of the cylinder of the steam generator, and the steam generated in the steam generator passes from the water surface through the first steam through hole of the first steam-water separation cylinder, passes through the ventilation gap, goes up along the side wall of the second steam-water separation cylinder and is discharged from a steam outlet; when the steam passes through the first steam separation cylinder, part of the condensed water adheres to the inner wall of the first steam separation cylinder and slides into a reflux pipe, and the gap between the second steam-water separation cylinder and the cylinder wall of the cylinder can increase the steam flow rate and realize secondary separation of steam and water, and the trumpet-shaped appearance allows the steam and water in the steam rising channel to fully contact, so that the water in the steam condenses into water droplets and falls back under the action of gravity, thereby reducing the water content of the steam at the steam generator outlet.
