Abstract

The present invention discloses a steel bar welding and fixing device for foundation pit support, including a protection frame, wherein support beams are sequentially arranged inside the protection frame from top to bottom, steel bars are inserted between the mutual support beams, a reinforcing plate is welded on the front of the steel bar, both ends of the reinforcing plate extend to the front of the protection frame, and a clamping block is fixedly installed on one end of the reinforcing plate located on the front of the protection frame. The present invention fixes the fastening sleeve by sleeves on the upper end of the protection frame through fixing bolts to ensure that the installation on the surface will not slide, and the support beam is welded on the side of the fastening sleeve, and the upper and lower ends of the steel bar are penetrated into the inside of the support beam to ensure that the steel bar will not shake after being connected to the support beam, and the reinforcing plate is welded on the front of the steel bar, and the clamping blocks at both ends are inserted into the inside of the protection frame to connect and fix multiple steel bars, thereby enhancing the protection strength and safety factor of the foundation pit support and ensuring that there will be no shaking and breaking.
