Fully hydraulic drive double axle steering system for off-road dump trucks

Abstract

The invention discloses a fully hydraulically driven double-axle steering system for an off-road dump truck, comprising: a hydraulic structure, which includes an oil tank, a ball valve, a gear pump, a one-way valve, a priority valve, a filter, a steering gear, and a steering cylinder assembly, wherein the steering cylinder assembly includes a front left steering cylinder, a front right steering cylinder, a rear left steering cylinder, and a rear right steering cylinder; a steering axle structure, which includes a front steering axle and a rear steering axle, wherein the front steering axle and the rear steering axle both include a steering axle body, a tie rod, a pair of steering knuckle arms one, a pair of steering knuckle arms two, and a pair of kingpins; a mechanical connecting rod structure, which includes a rear steering axle straight tie rod assembly, a rocker arm assembly, a front steering axle straight tie rod assembly, and a rocker arm support assembly. The invention has a large steering force and a large steering axle load, and can meet the requirements of large-tonnage off-road dump trucks for steering systems.
