Abstract

The present invention relates to a PCB aluminum sheet unloading mechanism, which belongs to the field of PCB, and comprises a frame, a conveying mechanism is horizontally arranged on the frame, the conveying mechanism is composed of a first conveying mechanism and a second conveying mechanism, a separation bar and a guide shaft are arranged on the base, the guide shaft is rotatably arranged below the second conveying mechanism, a connecting belt is fixedly arranged on the side of the separation bar close to the second conveying mechanism, and the end of the connecting belt away from the separation bar bypasses the guide shaft and extends to the collection chamber below the second conveying mechanism; a grasping mechanism is also movably arranged on the frame. The present invention can collect aluminum sheets below the second conveying mechanism, and then can utilize the space below the second conveying mechanism, thereby reducing the space occupancy of the present invention in the horizontal direction and reducing the requirements for the plant area. In addition, the present invention uses a partition plate to separate the aluminum sheets of the PCB board, which can prevent the aluminum sheets from deflecting and scratching the PCB board, and avoid damage to the PCB board due to the falling of the aluminum sheets.
