Indexable turning fixture

Abstract

The present invention provides an indexable turning fixture, including a faceplate, a stator seat, a rotor, a bolt pressure plate and a fastening bolt, wherein: one side of the stator seat is fastened to the faceplate; the other side of the stator seat horizontally extends outward to have an extension portion, the extension portion is provided with a mounting hole, and the rotor is inserted into the mounting hole; a bolt pressure plate is provided on the rotor, and the bolt pressure plate is set on the rotor through a fastening bolt. The present invention realizes that the parts are mounted on the rotor, and then processed and formed by the rotation of the rotor, thereby avoiding multiple clamping of the parts, which is beneficial to ensure the accuracy requirements of the parts and provides a guarantee for efficiency. The present invention is ingenious in combination, reasonable in design, and easy to operate; the present invention realizes the one-time processing of the workpiece, greatly reducing the auxiliary processing time and cutting time, and the present invention can achieve the geometric tolerance accuracy requirement of 0.006mm for processing accuracy.
