AGV battery switching circuit and control method

Abstract

The present invention discloses an AGV battery switching circuit and a control method. The AGV battery switching circuit of the present invention is provided with a main battery and a sub-battery. The main battery and the sub-battery can be controlled by a controller to supply power to the AGV electrical equipment simultaneously or separately. When the power of the main battery is in a normal state, the main battery supplies power to the AGV electrical equipment separately. When the power of the main battery is about to be exhausted, the main battery and the sub-battery jointly supply power to the AGV electrical equipment first. After the sub-battery starts to supply power to the AGV electrical equipment, the main power supply path of the main battery is cut off, so that the sub-battery supplies power to the AGV electrical equipment separately. After the main battery is replaced, the main battery and the sub-battery simultaneously supply power to the AGV electrical equipment first. After the main battery starts to supply power to the AGV electrical equipment, the main power supply path of the sub-battery is cut off, so that the electrical equipment on the AGV can operate continuously during the main battery replacement process, and the AGV can continue to perform tasks during the battery replacement process.
