An anti-spray device for tubing running and pulling

Abstract

The present invention discloses a blowout prevention and splash-proof device for tubing running and pulling, which is wrapped outside the tubing coupling. It includes a main body and a locking assembly. The main body includes two split parts that can open and close along the radial direction of the tubing coupling. The two split parts are pivotally connected and form a receiving cavity for accommodating the tubing coupling after being joined. One end of the tubing coupling is connected to the lower tubing. An opening is provided at one end of the receiving cavity, and the opening is used to accommodate the lower tubing and be clamped on the tubing coupling. A sealing plate is provided at the other end of the receiving cavity to block the other end of the tubing coupling. The locking assembly is used to lock and fix the blowout prevention and splash-proof device for tubing running and pulling on the tubing coupling. An air hole connecting the tubing coupling and the outside air is provided in the sealing plate, and an air valve is provided in the air hole to realize the connection and sealing between the tubing coupling and the external air. The blowout prevention and splash-proof device for tubing running and pulling in this application is more convenient and faster and more efficient in plugging by accommodating the tubing coupling in the receiving cavity and blocking it.
