Abstract

The welding machine includes a main body, and a busbar providing module, a battery cell deviation correction module, and a welding module located on the main body. The welding module is located below the battery cell deviation correction module. The busbar providing module also includes a first busbar manufacturing device. The first busbar manufacturing device at least includes a busbar manufacturing bracket, a plurality of busbar change plates, and a busbar change mechanism. The plurality of busbar change plates are arranged in sequence in the length direction of the busbar manufacturing bracket. The plurality of busbar change plates are provided with a plurality of busbar guide grooves of different widths in the width direction. The busbar change mechanism is respectively connected to the plurality of busbar change plates. The welding machine of the present invention can be compatible with the deviation correction and welding of battery cells at the same time. At the same time, the welding machine of the present invention can also automatically complete the adjustment and change of the busbar, and the time used for the change is relatively short.
