Abstract

The present invention discloses a TBM cutterhead structure and a TBM. The TBM cutterhead structure includes a cutterhead body. A slag collecting barrel is provided at the center of the cutterhead body, and a plurality of slag outlets penetrate the side wall of the slag collecting barrel in the circumferential direction in sequence. One end of the slag collecting barrel in the axial direction is sealed by the cutterhead panel, and the other end is connected to the back plate hole on the cutterhead back plate; each slag outlet is respectively provided with a slag inlet and a slag sluice channel; the slag inlet penetrates the edge of the cutterhead panel; the slag sluice channel is formed between an inner baffle plate and an outer baffle plate; one end of the inner baffle plate in the radial direction is tangent to the radial inner edge of the corresponding slag inlet and the other end is sealed and connected to the slag collecting barrel, one end of the outer baffle plate in the radial direction is tangent to the cutterhead side plate and the other end is sealed and connected to the slag collecting barrel, and the inner baffle plate and the outer baffle plate are sealed and connected to the cutterhead panel and the cutterhead back plate at both ends in the axial direction. The slag sluice channel is a channel with the rest of the parts closed except for the slag inlet and the slag outlet, so that the slag can be accurately sent into the slag outlet, and the slag is more easily output from the cutterhead structure.
