Battery cell deviation correction device and method

Abstract

The present invention discloses a battery cell deflection correction device and method. The battery cell deflection correction device comprises a fixed plate, a first deflection correction device, and a second deflection correction device. The first deflection correction device and the second deflection correction device are respectively fixed on opposite sides of the fixed plate. The first deflection correction device comprises a first deflection correction mechanism and a first suction cup module. The first deflection correction mechanism is connected to the first suction cup module. The first deflection correction mechanism drives the first suction cup module to move linearly and rotate along the X-axis and Y-axis directions. The second deflection correction device comprises a second deflection correction mechanism and a second suction cup module. The second deflection correction mechanism drives the second suction cup module to move linearly and rotate along the X-axis and Y-axis directions. The control method of the battery cell deflection correction device of the present invention is relatively simple and has good control effect.
