Abstract

The present invention relates to the technical field of bearing life testers, and specifically to an improved bearing life tester tooling, including one or two tooling units and a test shaft, each tooling unit including an end bushing, a working bearing, an isolating ring, an L-shaped stopper, and a nut; the inner ring of the working bearing is sleeved on the test shaft, the isolating ring is sleeved on the test shaft close to the working bearing, the inner ring of the bearing to be tested is sleeved on the test shaft, the inner side of the end face of the bearing to be tested is close to the isolating ring, the outer ring of the bearing to be tested is sleeved on the end bushing, the nut is threadedly connected to one end of the test shaft, the end face of the nut presses the end face of the inner ring of the bearing to be tested, and the L-shaped stopper is arranged between the working bearing and the bearing to be tested. The present invention can locate the axial position of the working bearing and the bearing to be tested to solve the problem that when a certain type of test machine tests a larger bearing, the internal space is not sufficient for the bushing to fix the test bearing.
