Abstract

The present application provides a water-cooled heat sink group and a water-cooled radiator. The water-cooled heat sink group includes a base and a water-cooled assembly. The base is provided with a plurality of fixing holes, each of which is distributed at the edge of the base; the water-cooled assembly includes a water-cooled box, a water inlet pipe, a water outlet pipe and a plurality of guide plates; the water-cooled box is arranged on the base, the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe are both connected to the water-cooled box, the guide plates are accommodated in the water-cooled box, one end of each guide plate is connected to the inner wall of the water-cooled box, the water-cooled box includes at least three side box plates, and one end of the guide plate away from the side wall of the water-cooled box is inclined toward the water outlet pipe. By arranging the guide plate to be inclined and inclined toward the direction of the water outlet pipe, the flow of cold water toward the water outlet pipe is accelerated, so that the flow rate of the cooling water when passing through the guide channel is increased, thereby increasing the heat dissipation speed of the water-cooled assembly, and further improving the heat dissipation efficiency of the water-cooled heat sink group.
