A HDPE hollow metal corrugated pipe structure and its manufacturing process

Abstract

The invention discloses a HDPE hollow metal bellows structure and a manufacturing process thereof, and relates to the technical field of bellows. The HDPE hollow metal bellows structure comprises an outer tube and an inner tube, wherein the outer tube is sleeved on the surface of the inner tube, and the outer tube comprises an outer tube body. The HDPE hollow metal bellows structure and the manufacturing process thereof, by dividing the bellows into two structures of an inner tube and an outer tube, bonding the middle with a combination of epoxy resin glue and a curing agent, and arranging a reinforcing coating and a buffer groove (a combination of an upper material groove, a lower material groove and a thread groove) in the inner tube and the outer tube, thereby avoiding the wear of the reinforcing coating, and at the same time enhancing the buffering effect of the buffer groove and reducing the influence of the buffer groove on the use of the bellows (the buffer groove is a groove body, and if it appears on the inner wall or outer wall of the bellows, the shape of the bellows will deviate from the tubular shape, thereby affecting the use of the bellows), while enhancing the performance of the bellows and extending the service life of the bellows.
